GoogleCoalters have a reputation of being the best estate and letting agents in York. I would have to agree. They rented out my flat for me, and not only found a great tenant within 3 days, but at £65 per month more than the previous tenant was paying!. If I ever want to sell my property I know who I will be calling!

Sudden increase of rent of 8% (while in the contract it states that they can increase the rent of max 4% yearly). The owner of the property was not informed that the rent was going to be increased. Misleading money grabbers

GoogleCan't complain with Coalters at all, great service and never had a problem with them in the past. Coalters have a great relationship between landlords and tennents which is visable in the service you recieve. Our previous propery managers and to our current one now in Jon have all been extremelly helpful and looked to resolve any issues quickly and effectivly.

I had to rent a property and the company I used was taken over by LnS. They will lie to you and they will be deceitful. If I ever have to rent again I would rather sleep in my tent then use this company.

I was really wondering why Linley and Simpson had a all bad review.One of the worst mistake we have made to let our property with them.Really awful customer services and their constructions people plumber and cleaner ruined our brand new house.
