Worst customer service ever. When it comes to the payment they are the most active but when it comes to contract fulfilment or getting in touch with the landlord they are all of a sudden non-existant. Thank you for this “wonderful” experience!

GoogleCoalters managed my investment property for 2 years very efficiently. When I decided to sell they found a buyer very quickly. The sale recently completed smoothly with minimal hassle. They are a bit more expensive than some agents, but the quality of service is excellent.

Appalling service and a real lack of interest in solving issues. If you are considering using their services, I would suggest going elsewhere. Very unprofessional and inaccurate with the detail regarding the service they provide.

GoogleI recently purchased our house through Linley and Simpson. I was very disappointed that nobody telephoned me back when they said they would. I was always the person chasing and the excuse was that they were busy.

GoogleI've been with Coalters for nearly 6 months now and would recommend them to anyone. The property manager John McCall is very friendly and always willing to help, any small problem I have had has been dealt with incredibly quickly - Very Happy.

Be very careful what you're signing up for with these. They don't mind breaking the agreement and trying to turn it against you. There are many better choices out there.
