They were managing agent for my rental property and the level of incompetence, unprofessionalisn, appaling customer service was shocking!Happy to take the fee but not happy to respect the contractual obligations!

GoogleIf I could vote no stars I would! lovely friendly staff however running a basic racket with their fee's. They are about a thousand pound higher than other agents and this is not reflected in the service. Prepare to be thrown on the pile if anything is contested or argued as they just sraight up ignored me and now I am taking further with the property ombudsman

Absolutely awful people. Fussy, rude, abrasive and extortionate. Avoid these people at all costs. Do not use this company for anything. There are far better, cheaper and more professional options.

GoogleCoalters offered brilliant customer service in assisting me and my friend to find a house that was suitable for us to rent. They updated us with new houses that came on the market and kept in contact with how our search was going. They really do appear to be a highly professional company who care about their customers.
