Possibly the worst estate agents I have ever dealt with. Bad customer care, no real agenda to sell, more to list. Always complaining and moaning about other agents and telling you how much better they are then competitors. Constantly trying to get you to lower the price of your property even if you have it at market average. Avoid. Leeds City Centre Branch.

Experience of trying to get property viewings from York office is abysmal. To start with it can be difficult to get them to answer the phone. If you leave a message, as they ask, they never get back to you. If you do manage to speak to someone they always say they are the wrong person and they will get someone to call. They don’t call. Sellers beware.

Beyond useless. They charge more with an idea to be better but are actually the worst.After initial gestures they ignore everything and don't expect any reported repairs to be seen to within a reasonable timeframe.Extra mention for Kat in Chaple Allerton branch who lies through her teeth on every given subject

If I could give no stars then I would! The staff are totally incompetent and rude! They think it’s ok to charge tenants for every little thing when the house was cleaner than when it was first handed over. This is how they make their money. Total con artists DO NOT rent with or from this agents!! You will regret it!

Googlelovely people....very professional and friendly at the same time....the attention to detail is second to none..and yet they are willing to help in all matters.everything is looked into regarding the whole structure of renting an apartment,from start to finish and their professional diligence ,with a friendly,face shines through..the after-attention to detail is such a help,regarding matters that can be difficult,(gas electrics e,insurance etc) and I would highly recommend them ..
