Ella Burnham couldn’t have being less interested in showing me round a property. She also obviously didn’t find me worthy of any update on my application or even acknowledgement of it. You really are treated as the lowest of the low as a renter by this company.

Googlei have been on the e-mail listing for rental properties for about 2 yrs in that time i have had some properties in york and surrounding places. lately for some reason there not so often now. i have on a few occa\sions called in at low ousegate when i have been in town, i find that the staff at coalters very business like and professionaly aware to customer relations, and end with a well appointed letting agent,. john walker

GoogleLinley & Simpson enabled me to find a house to let from America. We had been trying to find a place that was willing to help us immigrate and Linley & Simpson (York) helped us at every step of the way. From learning about how English renting works to getting the keys before we land on UK soil. They did a lot of work for us and with us and we thank them with all of our hearts.

GoogleIn a very testing time where Ive had to relocate quickly, I have been lucky enough to be dealing with Kate, Marie and Mark at Linley and Simpson. Ive viewed other properties with other agents and found these guys to be head and shoulders above the rest, willing to personalise the experience without being overbearing, and going the extra mile. GoogleWe used Coalters last year for some flat viewings before moving to York they were professional, responded to our enquiry quickly and had a large team behind them. We didn't end up going with them simply because we preferred another flat on offer by a different company. A week agoI was contacted by their team and was asked if I wanted the chance to win £100 for writing a Google review. Well here it is and fingers crossed!
