Hi we’re Jonathan & Elly, Thanks so much for choosing to start your moving journey with EweMove Estate Agents in York. We’re really excited to tell you a little more about us. Born and bred here, Elly has called York home all her life. As for Jonathan I think you’d say he’s officially an adopted Yorkshireman now having lived here for 15 years. We've enjoyed successful careers running retail branches for two of the largest UK retailers, in 2014 and following the arrival of our daughter Grace, we chose that time to join EweMove and looking back it was the best decision we’ve ever made. Is there a better city to live and work in than York? We may be biased but we feel really privileged to be estate agents in York and just love living here. Are we property people? Yes of course, to a degree but being an Estate Agent isn’t just about property. I think we’d say, above all else we’re people people. The joy in being an Estate and Letting Agent is about helping people through the process, which often has a variety of circumstances attached. Guiding and hand holding clients through this process and being there for them all the way is where the real magic is. Fast forward eight years to now and we’ve built a highly respected local business with a team around us who share our values and work ethic. We’re really proud to be able to serve our local communities with the fantastic customer service we’re renowned for, and really looking forward to helping you when the time comes.

I’ve worked with Elly and the team at Ewe move now for a few years. Hassle free management of a couple of properties and professionally handled the sale of a couple of others! Property tends to bring unwanted stress but Ewe move made it all so smooth. A breath of fresh air within the industry and their honest approach is telling for their 5* reputation! Would highly recommend to anyone!

We recently purchased a house that was marketed by EweMove York and the experience was very good! Communication was clear and we were always called when there was anything waiting on us which meant we could move much quicker. We completed a chain of multiple properties in less than 3 months because the communication was so good. Jonathan and Jodie were both very professional and understanding of our requirements and we're glad that we were supported by them through this stressful process.

We decided to go with Alex from Ewemove rather than other estate agents. She came to the valuation organised, knowing the current market and had knowledge and was able to answer all questions we had. Her communication throughout the process was extremely friendly and we felt that nothing was too much trouble. Once we had an offer right up till we completed Alex was there to answer questions and made us feel at ease. We would highly recommend Alex and Ewemove.

GoogleI just wanted to put pen to paper regarding the agency called Ewemove Estate Agent In York, who are the sole agency for renting out my apartment in York. I have mentioned before how pleased I am with this agency, and now again I must congratulate them regarding their fantastic Customer service, throughout this pandemic they have kept me up-to-date with regular information on their business and what they are doing to alleviate any problems during this crisis, Jonathan the branch director sends out regular videos which I think is a fantastic way of keeping you up-to-date with any information, specially keeping me in the loop on my apartment, If I have any queries I just email Ewemove/Jonathan and immediately I will get a reply which is usually in the format of a video chat which I believe is the way forward for businesses, it gives you that personal touch, so I would like to thank them once again for being what I think is one of, if not the best Estate agent n York for renting out apartments/flats/houses. FacebookI have known Jonathan now for at least two years and in that time I have seen how he delivers to his clients a top class level of service with attention to detail in all aspects of selling, Buying, or letting property for his clients. In my Business you need to get to know your customer and find out what their needs are what is important for them by listening along with clear communication and delivering what you promised. Jonathan does exactly that and I believe that makes him stand out in this competitive housing market place. Buying and selling a house as we all know can be very stress full but Jonathans approach professionalism and modern marketing methods make him stand out from other traditional estate agents right from the start of the process seeing it through to the final completion ( and I believe he has even helped a client move in on the day that had been let down). If you are looking to sell, buy, rent, or let a property I would have no hesitation in recommending Jonathan at EWE Move York to you and all my friends and family.
