Fantastic experience with Ewe Move, both as a buyer and a seller. - Really friendly and attentive team. Great communication throughout the whole process. - Good background knowledge of the properties (we'd been to view some properties with other estate agents and it was as if it was their first time in the property!!!). - 360° tour of the property included on the listing. We found that this was great for transparency, particularly in respect of the size of the rooms and the condition of the house. - Flexibility in terms of viewing times. - Competitive fees. We dealt with Jodie (as a buyer), Chloe (as a seller) and Jonathan (for photos) and everyone was absolutely lovely. No pushy sales techniques, just honest advice and feedback, and realistic expectations given. I wouldn't hesitate to use Ewe Move again.

I can’t recommend Alex at EweMove highly enough! After initially trying to sell my property with another estate agent without much success, Alex was a complete breath of fresh air. From the very start, she was proactive, professional, and genuinely invested in getting my house sold. EweMove were incredible from beginning to end. When viewing the property, Georgina was so friendly and had all the answers to our questions. She knew we were first time buyers to took her time to explain each step of the process and was always available for us to talk. She updated us throughout the process and was always positive, easing any worries we had. She even met us at the property to hand over the keys out of hours, showing nothing is too much and they are always willing to go the extra mile. Ewemove were great from start to finish. Alex B had a buyer for us before we even went to market. She also suggested a number of houses in the area that she had viewed and/or represented that would be great for us to buy. Throughout the process she went above and beyond to get measurements from the house & liaise between each party. We decided to go with Chloe at EweMove to sell our property and we couldn’t have made a better choice. From start to finish she handled everything not only in a professional manner, but with humility and care and with brilliant communication. We met with another couple of agents before deciding to go with Chloe, but after the initial meeting there was no comparison, as it never felt like a sales pitch from Chloe like some of the others agents. We can honestly say that having Chloe as your estate agent is like going through this whole process with a friend holding your hand and without doubt she will look after you, work her hardest to sort any issues out and make what can sometimes be an extremely difficult life event a lot less stressful!

I recently had a disappointing experience with this agency while attempting to purchase a property. I viewed a property prior to it being marketed and made an offer shortly after, which was verbally accepted. Following the agent’s advice, I promptly contacted my mortgage advisor and solicitor and provided the requested documentation, including a mortgage in principle. However, communication became limited during the process, and I was not informed that other offers were being actively considered. I later found out that the property had been offered to another buyer without being given the opportunity to revise my offer. I understand that agents have a duty to continue marketing a property until a proceedable offer is confirmed, and that vendors ultimately choose the buyer. However, clearer and more timely communication would have made a significant difference and allowed me to respond appropriately. This was particularly disappointing as my previous interactions with the agency had been positive. I hope this feedback helps improve communication with future buyers

Great proactive agent. I have been working with a few different estate agent, Georgina is the one will take extra miles for the clients. She is not only doing the duties of an estate agent, putting a really good selling strategies on our property, she also helped us clean the patio stones at her own time when we needed lending of hands, even helped out clearing the house.
