Moving from holiday let to long term tenant

Our small property company, based in Scotland, recently switched a property from short-term holiday lets to a long-term tenant for the first time. It turned out to be the smoothest and least stressful task we’ve tackled in our five years of business, all without leaving Scotland. The Ewemove team has been fantastic in handling every step of the process, and I have to mention Karen, who feels like a friend despite us never meeting. Nothing has ever been too much trouble for her, and I’m so grateful for her role in making this transition such a success.

I’ve worked with Elly and the team at Ewe move now for a few years. Hassle free management of a couple of properties and professionally handled the sale of a couple of others! Property tends to bring unwanted stress but Ewe move made it all so smooth. A breath of fresh air within the industry and their honest approach is telling for their 5* reputation! Would highly recommend to anyone!
