GoogleLoved it there modern absolutely spotless parking is a little difficult but hey the road is narrow but always got parked in my van .definitely will stay again .

GoogleI am a contractor working for City Lets, i have found all the staff to be very professional in their attitude to both tenants & landlords They have built up a number of contractors that can handle any of the repairs required to the properties that they manage. GoogleRenting a property can be quite stressful and has to be a partnership between the tenant, landlord and agent. Fortunately for us, after a difficult start, we have got the best of relationships with the staff at City Lets York and through them with our landlord. Issues(which seldom occure now) are dealt with quickly and without fuss. The company seems to have really stepped up a gear since the management changes.

GoogleStill yet to receive information on our tenancy deposit return and we left the property back in January. We have chased them multiple times with very limited response. Would not recommend.

GoogleReception staff extremely friendly. However, once you speak to management a completely different attitude. Pamela Davenport rude and unprofessional. Apartment filthy when moving in. Cleaner on exit. Then they charged £212 for four hours cleaning!!!!

GoogleWe find City Lets to be a very efficient and pro-active letting agent. We are one of the contractors for City Lets and carry out repairs to the domestic appliance in the rented properties managed by City Lets. The systems they have in place for reporting of faults and the ongoing administration of the repair chain is very pro-active and ensures that the tenant & landlords interests are fullfilled.
