GoogleI’ve rang on 3 separate occasions to get prices for a weekend holiday let for myself and friends. I’ve left my contact details each time and still no one has got back to me a week later. Perhaps they don’t need the business? It would be nice to be told so, so we’re not left hanging in the dark! I will not be using (or trying to use) their services again.

GoogleI will never come to this agency any more, they are irresponsible : we lost 100 GBP with changing our plane tickets because they were supposed to show us a flat the next day, and finally, they said that they were not sure if the property is still available for rent.. if you were not sure, you should not arrange viewing especially for foreigners who came there purposely! Ridiculous! To avoid absolutely.

GoogleWe have been renting for 3 years in York with City Lets. They have been really helpful, professional and efficient in everything we have asked of them. Pam Davenport has always bent over backwards to make sure everything we have requested has been sorted as best she can (bearing in mind she has to deal with Landlords and their own agents too!). GoogleI will be writing a lengthy review in future - was a landlord for approximately 10 years and service / reliance went downhill. Poor inventory, given tenants with CCJ without being advised and then personal items as part of the house got stolen.

GoogleIt was a beautifully presented apartment with a view of the canal, it was a fantastic view and we had some swans with their young and mallards swimming uo and down and fish swimming about. The location was perfect, close to everything, I would definitely stay againPositiveQuality

GoogleWe all thought the apt was firstly very spacious 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms which with 4 ladies was perfect. The location is perfect for getting into the centre of York. All in all would highly recommend the John Walker Apts and would definitely book them again

GoogleWe stayed at 9 Falconer street and spent a lovely 3 nights there. Although small, it was ample for 2 people and had all amenities including a rear yard to securely lock bikes up. Cycling to the city centre took about 5 minutes. Would definitely stay again.

Google16 John Walker House, booked for 2 nights in August. Lovely 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment, very handy location, secure with secure parking, well-appointed. As it's for 4, could have done with another access key!
