GoogleI have used City Lets York to help in advising on prime locations within York for renting an apartment. I am pleased to say that not only have they found me a great apartment, also there professionalism shown towards making the move very smooth for me and have enjoyed the relationship with them. I would recommend them very highly compared to other agencies.

GoogleMy friend and I were kept up to date about properties in York, which was really helpful as I was moving from Manchester. The staff were (and remain) very friendly and welcoming and presented us with the house which was perfect. The referencing didnt take long at all and everything was sorted within a few days. Lovely service, we highly recommend City Lets!

GoogleThe worst agency ever. I didn't have any problems with other 3 agency before (in last two years) only with this one. They didn't want to accept photodocumentation which I gave them as a attachment to Check-in report (when I moved in) and now they want to pay for everything what was there and it's on photos documented. BE AWARE of this agency!!!

GoogleI have been working alongside citylets for the past few years, and as I've contracted for many letting agents I can honestly say they are a cut above the rest. The staff show a genuine interest in both the tenants and landlords needs. They have an excellent system in place to deal with maintenance issues. An all round great service.
