GoogleGreat service from the team - dealt with Jack and Lauren mainly and they were both super friendly and professional. Communication is great and the team are so pleasant and accommodating to deal with. Definitely would recommend if you're looking for a place around York.

GoogleAmazing Service! I had the pleasure in Chloe from Bridgfords been assigned to my house purchase. From day 1 she has been fantastic. Nothing has ever been too much trouble for her and she bent over backwards to overcome every thing needed for the sale. Absolutely horrendous letting agent. They carefully prepare paperwork to trap you and squeeze money out of you. They intentionally hide information and make false promises. They have no value to a good tenant who have paid monthly rent always on time for years and they will slap you showing certain hidden conditions if you want to leave the property. Beware! This companies accounting is ridiculous, I am paying ground rent (for a property 30 years old ... pure profit) and 'service charges' (there is NO service provided) that has increased over 20% every year for 3 years to profit them and yet they cannot understand a monthly DD paying them all this money and insist on sending out massive bills. What an absolute joke.

GoogleThe best moving experience i ever had. Charly was amazing very friendly and made it so smooth and easy the only thing I had to do is sign and pack up and move. Thank you for the card a really nice touch. If I ever have to move again I'm 100% going do it with Charly.

GoogleI had a very good experience with this rental agency. Kristian was professional, friendly and helped me out tremendously in getting the rental property that I was after.
