I don’t know were to start this is the worse company I have ever dealt with they stuffed me into a property that wasn’t habitable Tommy and his staff were horrendous they said they was managing the rental property then changed there minds the landlords said the company was managing it but cárter Jonás then said they landlord was managing it there were loads off jobs not Finnish my 6 months was hell never never will I use this company the also talk down to you as if they are better than you please please be aware most off there reviews are fake it’s not surprising the got shut down there are a desgrace

I would put Zero stars if possible

I would put Zero stars if possible . What a horrific experience renting through carter jonas (Marlborough). They don’t tell you all the details of property and then when you move in will make life very stressful for you with nasty - I called them “bullying” emails. What an impact they had on our health for over a year , we pulled out of a 2 year contract early as was so bad in a very damp house with a violent neighbour - they also managed and couldn’t do anything about. They are Incompetent , rude , judgmental. When I pushed back and said they hadn’t told us certain details about the property or even added them to the contract, it was let’s not point the finger and blame their employees. It’s a good job we are strong and could fight back. I will never trust them with my purchase - attention to detail is crap , they lie, and disorganised .

Good luck getting anything back from deposit.

Agency staff themselves polite. Company policy to use unpleasant tactics to take money. Any unreasonable excuse to keep deposit. They demand a cleaning company be used at end of tenancy -tenant has to pay. My flat was well looked after and left in good condition. They took another £100 off deposit, claiming leaves needed sweeping out of the back garden. The trees had needed trimming in the garden, property inspector advised they do this, it was never done. When I moved in, the place was not clean. Living room blind filthy, covered in squashed insects, bathroom light-pull was black with dirt, landlords refused to replace/clean either. Never had this experience with any other agency, always had deposit repaid before.

I recently rented my property through Bridgfords and they have been exceptional from the start. I was dubious to start as Aleysha told me my property was worth £300 more than the other agents I had round quoted but she was confident, so I chose her. It was on Rightmove the same day she took photos! I then got a call from Sophia the next day to say they were fully booked with viewings! Kirsty then talked me through the applications and together we chose my tenants. Evan and Leeha have now moved my tenants in. I cannot believe how easy and seamless they’ve done it when other agents made it so complicated and hard work. I’d highly recommend to use Bridgfords to let your property you won’t be disappointed.

I’ve been trying speak to someone about some land that’s up for sale at the Taunton branch I’ve rang twice now on Friday morning and Monday morning to be told by the receptionist that the agent will ring me later in the day as of yet nothing other than being bad manners and rude how do they sale anything if you can’t even get to speak to them ! I don’t think I would ever sell any of our properties with them if this is how they deal with potential buyers.In reply to the message below communication seems to be a in house problem? It’s only taken nearly 6 weeks for you to reply!!!
