GoogleI have used Bridgfords as my letting agent for many years now - the service is always good. I'm currently dealing with Kristian as my tenants have just left. He has been exceptionally efficient and has found me another tenant much quicker than I thought possible. He has kept me updated with feedback from viewers of my property and is certain an asset to the letting team.

Absolutely appalling service, escalated my enquiry up to stakeholders after trying for a week to get a response from the staff at the Oxford office. received an apology and a promise someone would call, however on the one occasion someone did return my call it was to promise to call back, which on one ever did. Avoid.

I wish there was a zero option. Shocking service whilst renting. They tried to keep our entire deposit and claim for things they themselves had removed and damaged that they had never resolved. Had to go to arbitration and we got our deposit back. Bunch of crooks. Our case was particularly stressful and I will be going public with it.

Worst Experience with a letting agency. They never do the job unless you tell them you are going to complain to the council or sue them, and more than that, they are extremely rude, arriving at the point they insult their customers. Oh, I should not forget to mention they lie when advertising their properties!

Fulham Branch, 361 Fulham Palace Road-Mess about with people and waste buyers’ time...lie.-GDPR: asks for bank statements but did not provide any guarantee that this information would be stored safely. Did not ask for my permission to be added to their database.-Sales manager was borderline racist, explaining to me what “a round number meant in English” with a very patronising tone...AVOID at all costs!
