Excellent. Given the amount of hassle they've had to endue from PurpleBricks being involved in the chain, Romans and especially Sam, Ashleigh and Branch Manager Elliot, have done a great job. I would avoid PurpleBricks in the Yateley area like the plague.

My experience with Romans Estate agents has been a brilliant one from start to finish. George from Maidenhead and the amazing Chloe (originally from the Maidenhead branch) were so professional but friendly at the same time. Chole took the time to understand us as a family and went out of her way to accommodate our needs, as well as doing an incredible job of selling our house. Couldn't reccomend the whole Romans team more.

I had been on for a few months with another agent but decided to switch to Romans as I had heard good things about them from various sources. I immediately got advice about the layout of my sitting room from Elliot which I immediately put into action and subsequently almost straight away received an offer on my house. Elliot arranged a second viewing and the offer was raised to one I was able to accept. Romans to avoid. We recently had our property valued by Romans in Yateley. The valuation was up to £330,00 In view of the excellent condition of the property. We placed the property on the market for less than the maximum valuation. A few weeks later we had a viewing from an employee of Romans , although he did not advise us of that at the viewing. He subsequently placed an offer of nearly £20,000 less than the asking price stating ridiculous reasons for such a low offer. This was on an email to our agent. He appears to be going around making silly offers for his own financial gain. Looking for vulnerable or desperate owners who he can exploit. Would you trust someone to achieve the best price for your property when he wants to buy yours for well under the market price ? He also appears to be viewing property that he cannot afford and is a complete time waster. A very un pleasant experience from a very un professional individual.
