We have been in contact with Ashleigh for months after struggling to sell our house and looking to purchase in the area. We found her attitude a breath of fresh air in the industry. She was honest and really worked with the brief of what we wanted. She continued to help and support us even when we found through another agent in a different area. She is an asset to any company and is well worth popping in and chatting to if you are thinking of selling or buying. The other staff were also helpful and not pushy like some local agents. Sam was very patient showing us around many houses on a Saturday afternoon.

Romans did not handle our Sale but were the agents for our Purchase. The work performed by Ashleigh Hiscox at the Yateley office was Outstanding. When you are waiting to Exchange and Complete on a House Move the most important thing is to know what is going on. Ashleigh was the one link in the chain that could be relied upon to keep everyone updated and the process moving. This lady is not your typical Estate Agent and thank goodness for that. Amazing work Ashleigh and a BIG THANK YOU from us.

Elliot and the team at Roman's Yateley have been amazing and offered us a professional and personal service throughout. Without them we would not have found the buyers for our house, which was sold within days, or the fabulous house we are buying as they put our buyers and us forward to view houses before they became available on Rightmove. They have helped and advised us every step of the way, from mortgages to removals and we are so thankful for everything they have done. After registering with the Yateley branch I have been really happy with their service. Ali kept me up to date with all of the properties in the area. He also went and spoke to people in a specific road who weren't on the market to see if they would let me come see their place whilst they consider moving. Great service and I can't fault how helpful the whole team have been with my property search.

You only find out how good your Estate Agent is, when things go wrong. Natalie & Elliott help us through the process to sell our old house and buy our new house. Our seller was a particularly awkward vendor, who even pulled the stunt of pulling out on contract exchange day. Natalie used all her charm and experience to get the process back on track. We moved last Friday ! Recommended.

Absolute joke of a company I don’t know how they manage to keep stars so high. They bring you in on false pretences, we were told I can be moved into a house on a certain date, then after putting money down and tying up my house I’m told the house I want is going through probate. Constantly lied to regarding the probate dates, emails ignored. Literally caused months and months of stress, the most unprofessional company I’ve used. I’ve now heard that acting this way is known as ‘the Romans experience’, they refuse to acknowledge any misinformation they have given despite emails to show this. It’s now come to my attention that estate agents are unregulated so this is why they can act this way.
