We chose Romans to sell my late Mother's property because of a previous positive experience. Manager Alfie and his team were excellent throughout and Harry, who handled most of the viewings, was really helpful, professional and gave great feedback from potential buyers. Unfortunately, through no fault of Roman's or ourselves, we lost our first buyer, but the advice to immediately re-market and to do so in a way that would increase the catchment, brought 6 viewings the very next day along with 3 offers, one of which we accepted and who is now the new owner. We had Catherine McNicholas appointed as our move manager and wow, what a great coordinator she was as she worked with us, our buyer and the solicitors, answering questions, chasing up the various documents and "Just being there when we needed her!! I have no hesitation in recommending Roman's, excellent customer service.

Nov 2024 Dan was highly professional in his approach as he came to undertake a valuation for us, even though it was just a valuation with no possibility of us selling in the short to mid term. Dan is a great amabassador for Romans and on the basis of his service and that of Romans 6 years ago (see below), I would highly recommend them. 2018 Romans found us a buyer in super quick time. That's only the start of it. Without the excellent support to push the sale through to completion we could so easily have lost the sale. It's not just about finding a buyer, it's what happened afterwards which really counted for us. I have to single out Lorraine Eivers for her absolute excellence in service, way beyond reasonable expectations.

I can’t recommend Romans Estate Agents in Yateley enough. After previously trying to sell my house through another local high street estate agent, I was really disappointed with the lack of communication/care. They didn’t keep me updated or provide any useful feedback, which left me feeling frustrated and left with no real game plan as to how we were going to achieve a sale. Thankfully, I decided to give Romans a try, and the experience was completely different. From the start, Dan and Chris were incredibly professional and attentive. I told them the figure I would accept, but they really went above and beyond to secure not only the best price but the buyer in the best position to move. They organised multiple viewings around the same time, and ultimately achieved a higher sale price than I ever expected. The level of service and communication from Dan and Chris was outstanding throughout the entire process. If you’re looking for an estate agent that delivers results and takes the time to understand what is most important to you as a customer, Romans is the place to go!

Chris, Dan & Jack, Catherine seriously supported me through the most nerve wrecking time I have ever experienced, they were truly professional and caring, I have since recommended them to several people and I wouldn't hesitate to use them for any future moves. Sold on day 2 of being back up for sale, and completed ten weeks later! Having also worked with another agent, the comparison with what Romans offered was miles apart. Big shout out to Dan though who was the face of Romans and had endured some real frustrations and kept upbeat at all times.

We sold our house through Romans last year and would like to say how Dan Fleming was an incredible help throughout the whole process. We managed to sell our house much quicker than we anticipated which I believe is down to Dan knowing the right people to show and market the house to. Initially met Dan in August when he came to value my parents' house, for a social services assessment. Dan listened to what I told him, and I felt he was upfront and honest with me.
