GoogleWe liked Chris from the outset. He was open, honest, helpful and had a very approachable relaxed style. He also struck the right balance of being enthusiastic and positive about our house without being unrealistic. He gave sensible advice when needed and also kept us informed at all stages of the selling process. Initially we were not sure which agent to go with but I can honestly say that Chris and Romans have been suberb and I would highly recommend without hesitation.

GoogleI first met Chris when he came around and did an evaluation for us back in March. He promised me at the time that he would not badger me after this and he didn't, which I appreciated. This then gave me the confidence to instruct Chris at Romans to sell our house when we decided to go. He was great in giving us a realistic valuation and was spot on with the pricing. We sold the first day our property went onto Right Move. Once we had sold Natalie their house move manager was fantastic in pushing the sale and purchase along. If she hadn't been there we would not be moving this week! The whole of Romans estate agency staff in Yateley have been professional and welcoming all the way through. Thank you

Also Move Manager Lorraine's regular updates were invaluable when things got rather fraught towards the end due to complications in the chain.

GoogleHounded with unsolicited marketing letters to my house almost daily, despite having expressly requested to be removed from their database on two occasions. I recently sold my house and chose not to go with them because of bad past experiences with Romans, yet still got pestered on a regular basis. Avoid.

GoogleWe have been looking for a house in Yateley and Ashleigh Hiscox provided exceptional service. We didn't even have our property listed for sale with Romans but Ashleigh couldn't do enough to try and help us find the right house. Next time we would absolutely use Romans. Great Service.

YellHave No Clue
I have had 1st hand experience with Romans in buying and trying to sell my house in the space of 5 years. Just walk, go elsewhere !!! They have no clue about the market, they just try their luck. They over valued our house by £30,000 at least. Manager of the branch is rude, unprofessional and disinterested. When we made a formal complaint, he didn't have the professionalism to acknowledge it. Anyone would have done a better job than they did.
