GoogleLibbie saw an ad of my property and reached out to see if they could market the property. I only wish I had accepted her offer earlier. Within 7 weeks or so they filled the remaining 5 rooms. After Libbie reached out Oliver came to view the property and thereon i have dealt more often than not with Leah who has also been outstanding. A no nonsense service of which i fully recommend to any local landlord.

GoogleI've dealt with a fair few estate agents in the past but this one is by far the best. Brogan, Libbie and Jemma have been helpful, well-organised and super nice throughout the whole process. Shipways has even offered assistance in setting up utilities, broadband and water, as well as providing a little package with vouchers and helpful information for new movers. Super team ❤️

Trustpilot£600 for what exactly?!
Do NOT be fooled into Shipways Lifetime Membership fee. It costs a staggering £600 which is a once off and is sold in a “never pay anything for our services again” kind of way however as you learn when looking to renew mortgage providers when your rate is up, you still pay a £99 admin fee!! The lifetime fee is non refundable as well so it’s £600 down the drain. Very very misleading and unscrupulous. Shop around, there are other companies who are better.

(I haven’t had any dealings with letting so can’t comment)The dealings I have had with Shipways have been very stressful and caused loss of sleep.( In the end I discounted anything being sold by Shipways)I had Offers not put forward, The ones that did get put in I had to wait over a week for an answers, calls weren’t returned and this was on a number of property’s not just one.On speaking to a friend found out he had similar issues and he was also told for a fee they would make sure he got the property.🤔I’m waiting to check the sold prices on the property’s I made an offer on as think it could be interesting.

Lost over £500 in solicitor and mortgage fees because I was lied to by these for nearly 6 months about the progress on my purchase - until I took things into my own hands and called up to check and found out the seller is in a serious dispute and they’d never release docs - meaning he’d never sell the flat!!!!! Waste of time and money!!!!!!!!!! If I was rich I’d sue you even though it’s for £500 and not more. You ruin peoples lives!!!!!!!!!!!!!

GoogleShipways sold my Mother's property in Wyre Forest so that she could get relocated down on the South Coast. Seeing as the move could have been quite stressful for her, Shipways manged it with ease. Not only did they sell my Mother's property quickly, they also manged to sell it north of the asking price. They were both professional and delivered everything Tara promised they would on the valuation. I can't recommend them enough. Awful service, rude and there might be a racial discrimination practice going on there!!! Stay awayI wanted to view a property for rent, and i was a bit late. I tried to let them know and they did not pick up they never pick up the phone. The guy who was at the viewing called to ask where we are. I said stuck in traffic due to peak hour, coming quickly. He kept on poking in a negative way saying that “don’t you know your meeting is at this time, there is no peak hour now.” It was quite intimidating, he kept on saying not in a polite way “ i was there i reached here by 10 mins how come you are taking so long”. His tone was very intimidating and very rude and he spoke to me as if i was lying. I think that is very unprofessional. You can leave the property but there is no need to be rude. Why will i lie!!! No etiquette at all. Once i reached there he and the landlord didn’t seem interested much and mentioned that the property will be rented at a higher price now than was previously posted online. Either they just deceive people or illegally increase the rent or they just bluffed us with the higher rent so that we don’t come back. I have never seen a property agent increase the rent without posting and when we go for a viewing.Don’t know about the company but the agent should learn some manners.

Don’t waste your time. The communication is non existent. Tried to sell my property with them and had no luck, which was fine, decided to take the property off the market for a while and then back on the market with another agent. They then proceeded to reduce the property and re advertise without permission and consent. Even though I had already taken it off the market with them for a few months. Do not recommend.
Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
