Aside from the fact that it is situated in a beautiful environment, it's closeness to my child's school as well as my place of work makes it the right apartment for my family. The worst experience of my life.A one star as i cant give 0.Dixons and the conveyancing company made the process so traumatic that i am still recovering from stress. To make matters worst i had 2 prospective buyers turn up and told me that Ricky at the Acocks Green branch told them how much debt we were in and so she had to meet us when she saw we had withdrawn the sale as she had a horrific experience with Dixons themselves.

Dixon’s estate agent SolihullThis estate agent is a bunch of wankxxsThey misguide you with everything just to fill there own pockets!They go on like they help you to your face behind your back they stab you and take under the table handouts and give their own favourites the best shout on the property even though the owners of the property are losing out as they settle for a lower offer that is in there best interest rather than the vendors intrest. So all you landlords do not even bother selling your property with these rip offs! Yours sincerely Big General

Dixons are one of the worst estate agents going. Nobody ever seems to know what they’re doing and pass you from person to person. Everyone is miserable and unfriendly. Extremely difficult to reach all of the time. Had a survey booked in... they didn’t even bother to show up. Contacted them, they had no real reason, said they’d call back, never did. Was also interested in purchasing a property which was a disaster. Couldn’t get hold of anyone. Nobody got back. Went in, again nobody had a clue what they were doing, passed from one clueless employee to the other... all of which were miserable and clearly didn’t want to be there. Avoid at all costs. Unprofessional, poor communications and frankly a shambles.

I was renting a property managed by Dixon's with my house mate. I vacated the property after our contract had ended due to shockingly poor service. I informed Abigail Koasha from Dixons Selly Oak via e-mail that I had vacated the property and paid all the leavers fee's. I called to confirm with Country wide terminations that this was correct and received verbal confirmation that I had. My house mate then signed a new tenancy agreement on his own.I have not had any contact from Abigail since leaving. 14 months later on, I received a call from Abigail stating that I owed money that my ex-housemate had not paid because she had not bothered to fill in the forms to remove my name from the tenancy. Abigail threatened me with court proceedings in her first call to me in 14 months. My housemate has stopped communicating with Dixon's so they found me an easy target to bump up their profits.I have been forced to take this up with the property ombudsman because Dixon's continue to harass and threaten me with court unless I pay for a charge 14 months after I had left the property. During my time in the property, I could not get hold of Dixon's when we had issues with the house. Precisely zero issues were rectified. If Dixon's spent half the time they do unscrupulously chasing for money and put that into customer service, they might stand a chance. Please avoid using Dixon's at all cost. Shockingly poor service during and after the tenancy.

I currently rent with Dixons (hopefully not for much longer when I have my money together to move!)and have done since 2017.Dixons on my property also manage the property instead of the landlord. You would therefore think; that in the face of any problems/issues- they would actually be relied upon to do their job?Sadly not.The service provided by this agency is that dire, once I am out, I will not touch a rental by Dixons, ever again.There are 2 rental agents at the office that deals with my property yet neither of them seem to be able to pick up a phone and update, return phone calls or correspond in a non argumentative and unprofessional way. I have been trying to call for two days now. Messages left. A call back is too hard, it seems.Boiler problems in my property were on/off for nearly six months. Now a broken freezer for a week. Whilst those are quality issues and landlord issues, Dixons/Countrywide who deal with the repair side of things think the occasional phone call chasing the landlord is sufficient.I am afraid it isn't.Then lets talk about the fees for this absolutely rubbish service.To just renew my contract last year- Dixons asked for approx £130. Bearing in mind the only thing that changes on that contract are dates and the need for an additional signature. Literally no adminstration at all. What the money was for given they can't even pick up a phone, I really don't know.Do not rent with Dixons.They are the worst agency out there.

GoogleVery good service from the staff at Dixons. Quick to answer queries and actually chase problems up not just say they are. The estate agent who showed me around the property I bought was realistic and didn’t oversell which was nice to hear for a change. Would definitely recommend.

Gone down hill have been a landlord with them since 2015they put tenants in that did not pay rent the last two months'It was empty for 6 months due to legal things the said it was out of there handsrent and legal did not want to pay now I have a tenant they moved in for eight months after that I am going elsewhere I have lost all confidence with them please do not use them

GoogleAmazing. My house sold in five days and I got the price I wanted. Dixons has such an excellent team of people and link in to the right professionals to make everything work. Dixons are not an estate agent that use the cliché that it's a buyer market, they also treat the seller with the same view as the buyer and their aim is to get the best outcome for all. Even in my really emotionally charged moments with I felt dealing with things on my own was overwhelming Dixons team of people was there with help and support to make sure I was ok. Many many thanks to an estate agent who can't build on the perfection they've established. P Crew

GoogleAs a property investor, having good contact with estate agents is key to success. Dixons Estate Agents in Kidderminster, have for us, been the most helpful local agents in both buying and selling properties. In particular, both Hayley Lewis and Jemma Thomas, from the Kidderminster branch, have always been the first to communicate with me with regards to new properties coming on the market and in particular, properties needing a quick sale. Whilst many of the new 'on-line' estate agencies have recently entered the market, in my experience, you simply cannot beat the traditional local based agencies such as Dixons of Kidderminster. A friendly call from Hayley Lewis in the morning, regarding a new property on the market has frequently resulted in a sale agreed on the very same day!! This has to be good for both the buyer and seller. Their local knowledge and professional service is unequalled in this area. I'd certainly recommend Dixons to anyone wishing to sell or buy houses.

I was asked to provide proof of fund before even being able to view a property to buy. When I said I am not happy to do this before viewing the property as I am not sure if I want to place an offer on it yet, my viewing was cancelled. This is such a violation of privacy and lack of professionalism....

Please beware this agent does not always manage properties on behalf of the landlord. Dixons (Halesowen) collected fees from us for not reason or service provided to us and then left us on our own to deal with a rogue landlord who often ignored his part of maintaining the house in good time. It had been a nightmare tenancy through Dixons Letting Agents Halesowen.

Absolutely unprofessional, can barely get a hold of them over the phone, don't respond to email enquiries. After finally managing to get through to them and book a viewing they rescheduled twice then told me the night before the viewing was cancelled because someone had made an offer. I was one of the first to book a viewing of the property so what could of happened in between?
