A huge thank you to Laura at Dixons for her kindness and compassion when she came to value our late relative’s property. We were in the middle of clearing the house when she arrived, and she showed so much understanding and respect during a very emotional time. The whole process of selling was made so much easier thanks to the wonderful Dixons team. We also dealt with Kirsty, Mollie and Jess, who were all incredibly professional, approachable, and supportive throughout. Thank you all for making a difficult situation a little easier, we couldn’t have asked for a better team.

I need to give some serious credit to Mollie Case at Dixons Estate Agents at Kidderminster who searched their list of properties against our criteria and came up with our perfect home. This house was brand new on their register and she thought of us, calling to advise of its availability. After showing us round we knew it was the one for us allowing us to jump in and snap it up before it officially got refreshed on the market! Mollie was very friendly, relatable and knowledgeable. Once we were ready to make our offer, we were passed to Laura Harvey, who managed the process quickly and efficiently. We had a few questions about the property we were buying and she was quick to seek the answers and get back to us. Unprofessional

Agent delayed viewing booking by 10 minutes, then proceeded to be another 25 mins late. Unresponsive over texts, didn't introduce themselves and even had to have my appointment with another potential tenant at the same time due to delays. I found this absolutely unprofessional as they should have at least had the courtesy to do this 1-1. They did not have enough information about the property and felt very rushed to leave. Property was also not cleaned before the viewings, very off-putting state unlike as shown in listing photos.

AVOID AVOID AVOID! The viewing with Hannah was fine and she was lovely. But after paying the deposits, first month's rent in advance and getting the keys it had all gone wrong. The boiler broke, the landlord left his belongings behind and is using the space i pay rent for for his car, then i find out my balcony has to be ripped up because of a leak into the apartment below. Raised multiple times with Jess and keep getting ignored. I have my own property to let out, which they know about, and there is no way I will let these cowboys manage it for me because the way they treat tenants is disgusting!

Hannah is the most disgusting person ever, I'm actually regretting giving her a good review, she has stolen my money and blamed me for not meeting certain requirements after i provided everything she needed, if certain requirements weren’t met then no problem, give me back my money and ill look elsewhere, dixons is trash and the service is trash, wouldn’t recommend it to anyone, they will steal your money and blame u for it,

I first contacted Dixon's in Kidderminster regarding a property in Franche. Jessica Wainwright suggested I saw another one of her properties and I realised she knew exactly what I needed from a home, without me having to say anything. When my original sale fell through I called Jessica immediately, as I knew she would find me the perfect home ( I should have gone with her choice in the first place). Once again she pointed me in the direction of a home I had not considered due to the area. As soon as I walked through the door I said 'this is defiantly a Jess pick'. We put in an offer there and then. I cannot thank you enough for finding my forever home. I highly recommend using Dixon's over all the other agents in Kidderminster!

Just glad I'm not using them to sell my house. Cannock branch is terrible. No one to answer phone and they don't reply to messages left. Finally booked a viewing and no-one turned up, total waste of time. Finally managed to view and put forward an offer and they failed to get back to me in a reasonable amount of time. Since then I found another property with another agent placed offer which was accepted. Thanks for nothing Dixons Cannock.

Disappointing experience with property management and deposits

After two years as a tenant, the most I can give Dixons Estate Agents is a 1-star review. While the initial setup was fine, the ongoing experience was very frustrating. When dealing with renewals, repairs, or the deposit team, the staff were consistently unresponsive and quick to shift the blame elsewhere. I never felt that they were on my side. At the end of our tenancy, they attempted to make unjustified deductions from our deposit for standard wear and tear, and we had to rely on the independent deposit scheme to get our money back. I would not work with them again nor recommend them to anyone. If you do rent with them, make sure you document everything.

Recently put an offer in for my first house and was super daunted by all the legal and morgage requirements that needed to be in place to make the purchase complete. Thankfully the team at Dixons Acocks Green helped me. Adam, Lee and Courtney were always a phone call away. I would recommend anyone buying there first home to buy the hand in hand house purchase service provided by Adam it does come at a fee but well worth it as all solicitors are in house and he will save you allot on your monthly morgage repayments.
