GoogleWe didn't know about minors and brady when we put our house on the market. We went with another estate agent who where not great at all. However minors and brady where selling the house we brought. They were fantastic and even though they where not our estate agent they constantly helped us and gave us constant updates on how things were progressing. Our own estate agent didn't do any of this. Should we sell and buy again we will definitely be using Minors and Brady. Brilliant estate agent.

GoogleIn the process of giving up all hope, Minors and Brady (James to give all the praise to) had really turned around my home hunting experience by providing such a seamless service in helping me relocate. I had literally given up all hope and they provided me with great support and a great property.
I had an issue with the sofa being delivered earlier than expected and them threatening to leave if i did not arrive on time, i called James and he stepped in and allowed the sofa to be delivered whilst patiently waiting for me to arrive to the property from another city on my moving day. So happy all is done now!
They are super understanding and accommodated to all my needs which is great. Highly recommend using this company if you are looking to move.

Could not do enough for me and my husband after a bad experience with another estate agent, Minors and Brady came to our rescue and got our home sold and found us an even better home than one we were previously looking at. Could not recommend them enough, and even once our house had been sold and we had bought a new home we didn’t think we would hear anything else from them as this is what we had experienced before with other estate agents. How wrong we were, almost immediately we had a call from a lovely lady called Caitlin checking in on how we were and making sure that all was going well with the solicitors that they had recommended.

GoogleI chose to use Minors and Brady for the sale of my property, I live 200+ miles away from this property so good communication was very important to me. I had the pleasure to have Scott O'Neill working through the sale for me, from the beginning to completion he kept me fully updated, returned my calls/emails promptly. Scott never seemed to mind my endless questions which must have drove him mad!!!! He chased the solicitors to keep things moving. Nothing ever seemed too much trouble.
I have no hesitation in recommending Minors & Brady to anyone who is buying or selling a property, professional from start to finish.

Shown round houses with minors and Brady. They didn’t turn the power on for the first viewing so we had to view a house in the dark with only the light on our phones. Multiple viewings after with no heating even though we requested it. They didn’t know anything about the house and couldn’t answer any questions. Sold my house with them as well. Mistake. Can’t speak to anyone when you do they just lie to you telling you things they think you want to hear. Every other week the person looking after you quits and leaves the company but no one tells you so you are just looking for a response. The estate agent showing people around my house was saying negative things about me all picked up and recorded on my pet cam. Over all extremely disappointed. Terrible experience that took nearly 6 months in total. Don’t use.
