This followed 5 months or stress in selling my house via slow and uncoordinated solicitors whose sole aim was commission on indemnity commission. GoogleVery professional, friendly, healpful team. Lee in the office dealt with putting our house on the market and viewings he kept us well informed and updated every step of the way. They were amazingly fast at sorting out an advert and getting veiwings. Nothing was to much for them, honest advice and help us by putting us in contact with a mortgage advisor so we could make the right choice for us. Would highly recomend them and will use them again in the future.

There have been a lot of obstacles at each stage of the process but the brilliant Chloe has kept us extremely well informed with constant and informative communication all the way through, even during times when other parties such as our solicitor should have let us know what was going on she let us know first. Chloe clearly worked extremely hard, particularly in the latter stages to make a difficult process seem as smooth as possible. GoogleI’ve found Minors & Brady an excellent estate agent. They’re always bright and cheerful on the phone and during viewings! To be specific, I’ve been working with Sarah Short and she’s been so helpful in getting my property purchase over the line. It’s been a very complicated process for reasons out of our control but she’s been helpful and informative every step of the way. Keeping me in the loop and also being personable and understanding too. It’s been a long process but we’re near the end and I’m glad I had Sarah as my sales progressor!
