Recently became our letting agents and have been so helpful with everything we needed. Especially a lady called Sonya. She answers every question I have quickly and in a manor that I understand to make things as simple as possible and has just been so helpful when trying to move or get work done. Could not recommend anymore

TrustpilotJames, an excellent, professional agent
I have just had a viewing for a house with James from the Wroxham branch. His friendly, professional manner and knowledge of the property were faultless. I particularly liked the way he guided me around the property, answering all of my questions and even occasionally adding information that I hadn’t even thought of. Throughout the viewing, I felt he was very supportive, understanding and not at all pushy like some agents I have met.

So professional from start to finish, from the valuation, quality photos taken. Nivea in the sales team made the experience even better with an excellent write up, her attention to detail and the marketing of our property. Really pleased with Minors & Brady I feel I have made a good choice.

We had the pleasure of meeting Steven who showed us a few properties as we tried to find our next rented home. He answered every question we had and was easy to talk to and joke with. I'm very impressed by this estate agents overall, they seem very professional and organised which isn't always the case. Good job M&B!

Excellent service provided by Cass and Dan from the Caister office. Went above and beyond to secure our house sale which was in a challenging chain to say the least. Kept us regularly informed and were a pleasure to deal with being professional, efficient and informative all the way through the process. Grateful thanks to them both. Highly recommended!

TrustpilotGreat viewing and valuation experience
I went to view a property and had a valuation on my house. Liam Upton, who showed me the house, was very friendly, honest and helpful, giving me tips on how to go about improving my situation in order to secure another property. The valuation was carried out by Curtis Pointin who was also friendly and helped me to understand the process of selling and buying as this would be the first time I'd done it

I dealt with a few people at this Estate Agents, from the first person to book an appointment, the second to show us round and then a lovely lovely lady called Caroline Larke who kept us in the loop and was a delight to talk to. This firm is five stars. Thank you so much. Gail and Tom

GoogleDealt with Lawrence in Lettings his communication is brilliant and very professional, all my queries were dealt with quickly and efficiently. I will most certainly be using minors and Brady again for any future properties that I let. Highly recommended.

GoogleI was apprehensive dealing with an estate agent I hadn’t used before but was very quickly out at ease by their professional and efficient approach to my purchase. Having lost a purchase earlier on in my search, Minors and Brady pulled out all the stops to help me find me the perfect property for me. Having agreed the purchase, i was assigned Caitlin Cannell to see the purchase through to completion and I could not praise her highly enough for her courtesy and professional attitude to making the process as worry free as possible. Her hard work on my behalf alone means I would have no hesitation in using Minors and Brady again in the future.PositiveProfessionalism
