GoogleBrilliant, Personal, Honest service from Richard James. Can't possibly say thank you enough to Ross from the Wroughton Office. Without him I have no doubt that what was a very complex chain would never have completed. Ross intervened and negotiated with the various solicitors on a very regular basis, well beyond the remit of his job. His network of useful contacts in Wroughton was also extremely helpful. A very mature, well-measured and well executed service from Ross. Thank you again :-)

GoogleAdrian has been very thorough, quick to communicate to us and tackle some issues that have arisen during re-tenanting of one of our properties. Additionally he has regularly attempted to help resolve a serious building issue with the building PMs regarding the same property. GoogleWe sold our house and bought our new house both through Richard James. They were professional and friendly throughout the process, but what really made this whole thing a positive experience was having Hayley, our lovely, helpful and friendly sales progressive. Hayley was fantastic and took a lot of the stress out of it which was much appreciated! Always on hand to help, she really was invaluable.

GoogleSo far, so good. We started our collaboration with RJ in May; the agency rep, Gemma Cowley, has been responsive to our messages and has solved the issues. All procedures regarding new tenancy, contract, etc., have been handled smoothly. Our experience with the team, starting with step one, scheduling the first visit until today, has been positive.

GoogleOur experience with Adrian Sobczyk our Property Manager is full of happiness. he makes our life easy. He is a caring and professional + skilled guy, at some time we thought we are asking too much but we were joyful by the way he convinced the landlord asking the replacement of most of our Kitchen's furniture( fridge, hob etc ) , we finally got brand news items within our first month. He is someone we would recommend to anyone planning a move.
