My experience with Leaders has been excellent so far. My tenancy arrangement was administered within 2 weeks and was efficiently dealt with by Dan Radbourne in particular who is professional and very good at his job! Thank you, Dan. Others within in the team were also helpful, including Chelsea and even Andre who I only spoke to once on the phone. Very unprofessional & untrustworthy. We agreed to let our property for 6 months, the tenant agreed to pay us the full amount in advance. We agreed a contract with the Waterlooville office that they would pay us the full 6 months rent at the start of the let on the 10th June. They failed to do this & we are still waiting for our rent which leaders have been sitting on since 7th June . They are in clear breach of contract however both Venessa & Debbie constantly fob us off with excuses, we have lost all confidence in leaders ability to adhere to the terms of a very simple tenancy agreement. Extremely poor & unprofessional service including numerous unanswered emails & failing to return calls. Definitely one to avoid if you want paying on time.NegativeProfessionalism

I have been trying to find a rental property for months but, in a busy market, it's very competitive and properties go quickly. I was thrilled yesterday when I called and managed to book a viewing on a property. I was offered 3 different slots, chose one, and was told the viewing was booked and that I would be sent a virtual tour by email. I was instructed to watch the virtual tour and then respond re-confirming I was happy to view the property in person. The process seemed very professional. Compared to other agents I've experienced. The trouble is, when I sent my email confirmation, I was then sent an email back saying all of the slots were taken and I can no longer view the property. So basically, they gave someone the slot I had chosen earlier that day!? It's appalling that you tell prospective viewers one thing but do another. Very poor service.NegativeProfessionalism

Incredibly impressed with them. I don’t normally leave reviews however I really felt I needed to on this occasion. The staff were friendly, responsive, flexible and cooperative (especially in such difficult times). The moving process was made easy and they have been helpful and quick to respond to all my queries since moving in. And another special touch that I really appreciated was that they gave me a little moving in / care box filled with all the essentials for my first day. Really can’t reccomend them enough!
