Chris Trott from Leaders Worthing was our first estate agent. We'd never sold a house before. Chris came round and took all the measurements and pictures. He has provided us the valuation reports and followed up with the advert on rightmove, zoopla etc. He has been extremely professional during the viewings and sale process. Regularly kept me updated with the status and pushed the buyer for the exchange once the offer has been accepted. I would recommend Leaders Worthing. Tt was a great experience selling my home.

My husband and I would like to thank Teresa for the amazing job she has done co ordinating the works on our 3 properties which all came up for re let at the same time. Not great timing for us due to being out of the country and with other stresses to deal with. Without Teresa and her brilliant ability to manage the team of works people and liaise so efficiently with us we’re not sure we would have managed. We are so pleased with all the works that have been required and not sure how she has managed to get things done so well and promptly and at good prices. It is very rare to ever get customer service that is over and beyond what you are expecting but that is what we got with the team at Leaders. They did an absolutely fantastic job at marketing our house (it looked so good we were tempted to keep it!) and they ensured we had a steady stream of people viewing in the first week or so. We were delighted to get an offer so quickly and the team took away all the hassle from the buying process - constantly keeping us updated, sorting out the finances and chivvying a rather slow buyer's solicitor. So glad we made the decision to use a professional estate agent rather than a cheaper alternative, its much better value all in. As we neared completion we were given daily updates, you cant ask for more than that! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. Huge thanks to Chris, Molly and Joseph and to Deborah who did a sterling job for a few years before managing the house when it was being rented.
