I am happy with all their services and staff dealing, they all are very kind and helpful, whenever I needed help they were just a mail or call apart and responded ASAP and resolved my issues. I had a 2 year journey with them for my previous tenancy and continued to be in their service in the current tenancy. No words to describe about Shannon Avery who was my property manager who responded promptly to any of my queries or issues and guided me well through out. Though I was new in this country , her guidance made everything easy for me . She is the reason why I still need to be with Leaders. I hope I will get the same care and guidances in the future.

Friendly staff and informative during viewings however they push a lot for the "optional" no deposit scheme. They explained the benefits for the landlord but there arnt really any benefits for the tenants. So I asked in comparison what would be the benefits of HAVING a deposit, and they just repeated themselves about having the no deposit option which was not what I asked. After the viewing they made multiple promises how they would keep me updated about if I was successful or not within a week. A month later I hear nothing so I chased and was promised again they would let me know, they just havent heard anything from the landlord yet. A further 2 months later still nothing and the property is now off the market. Not impressed
