Molly was exceptional through a challenging time as the pandemic to hold, and lockdown took president. I put an offer on a flat in February 2020, which was accepted. Molly remained in close contact thought and the purchase. It was touch and go, but Molly kept a professional attitude, and engaged with me and my solicitor on a regular basis. I felt reassurance and was rewarded at the end of July 2020, when the purchase was achieved. The sales team in Leaders Worthing were friendly, hard working positive during this lengthy journey. Fixing issues has been a laborious process - it took me 3 months to simply get my cooker replaced! There has been no mention of compensation or rent holidays, just constant apologies. It's ridiculous.

Keyan kicked things off with the advertising, and found me a solicitor who was both highly efficient and helpful with any queries. Steve took the trouble to find exactly the right buyer, provided updates on the property throughout the process and even managed to keep me smiling. Our previous landlord decided to sell our home leaving us urgently needing a new home first we met Owen from the Worthing office and he was brilliant very friendly yet profession made us feel at ease and he encouraged us to look around and ask questions when previous experience a viewing has been very rushed and felt like an invasion of privacy and just not a friendly vibe very rushed but Owen reassured us then we was successful with a property and we met jade from the Worthing office….again a delight happy to help and happy to answer any questions or worries you may have the whole process was daunting alot of sending paperwork over and a lot of signing and a lot of anxiety from an already anxious person but jade and the team made this as quick and hassle free as possible and we have a real sense of security and safety with leaders everything was done vigorously and very professional we got our keys today and we couldn’t be more happier with the whole experience the property and everything inbetween if your looking for a new home I would 100% recommend leaders and if in the future we decide to find a new home I will certainly be wanting to stay with leaders To jade owen and the team thank you all for everything and helping us find our new home
