The only problem I had was not having photo I.d , so had to get bankers report, to prove who I was, which I never had to do at my last lettings agents, wasn,t asked for photo I.d, + keep getting docu signing e mails even though, I signed all the paperwork on the day I moved here,so don,t know what they,re all about, was told to ignore them, but apart from that, everyrhing else has been OK,staff are helpful enough, only thing is I don't have an airing cupboard in this flat, so nowhere to put,bed linen, towles etc, which I didn,t realise when I 1st viewed it, + could have done with a bit more storage space, so can't unpack all my boxes.on the + side, the kitchen is more modern than my last flat,& so are the windows in front room & bedroom just, didn,t have curtains up,so had to buy some, + the carpets are nice,which I never had at last flat,so all in all not to bad.

Excellent efficient company, we put our flat up for rent with Leaders and they took care off everything always keeping us informed of any problems all the staff are very friendly, if you are looking to either put a property up for rent or looking to rent a property Leaders will give you an excellent service. The same applies if you are looking to sell or buy a property, we have put a property up for sale and as we are not local everything was done online and I could not have asked for a more friendly and efficient service. My final comment would be for all aspects of renting out your property, renting a property or buy and sell a property I would highly recommend Leaders Worthing.
