Our experience buying a property represented by Jacobs Steel was entirely positive. Not only did our estate agent Matt go out of his way to help us find our dream house in an incredibly challenging market, he also helped negotiate between parties during the more challenging moments of the conveyancing. Personable service

My parents passed away, so we were selling their property. Greg dealt with what was a very emotional process superbly. He was very empathetic and personable when we initially met and that's what made us choose Jacob Steel. Throughout he always had time to talk through things and didn't hurry or rush us to make decisions. The way he handled the sale was great and he went the extra mile. The house sold quickly and negotiations between the buyer and us were seamless. Rachel the Sales Progressor was very efficient and made the sale go through really easy without any trouble.

We first bought with Jacobs Steel and we have recently sold & purchased another home with them. There are no other estate agents to use in Worthing. Matt was fantastic, he kept us informed all the time and was communicating with our buyers constantly. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Jacobs Steel, I bought my flat through them then used their rental service whilst I traveled and they looked after everything from vetting tenants to managing maintenance. I have just used them to sell my property and there marketing was brilliant and I was particularly impressed how their Agent Matt kept the sale moving through to completion liaising with both parties solicitors on and almost daily basis and keeping me informed every step of the way. 10 out of 10! Wish they has a branch in Eastbourne now!

Great company with customer's interest at heart

Worthing branch have been fantastic at selling my mother's flat. We were constantly kept in the loop and Joe, in particular, was always chasing everyone involved to ensure the sale went through as quickly and efficiently as possible.
