Jacobs Steel helped me rent this nice studio in Worthing. All the members of staff are very professional and always ready to help us. Mr. William Payne is very kind and friendly, who has been always there to help me regarding all the formalities needed to be done before moving as well as with all the queries I had. I couldn’t be more impressed with the service I received from the team at Jacobs Steel in Shoreham. I interviewed 3 prominent agents local to Southwick and I immediately felt comfortable with Jacobs Steel. Jake was friendly, professional and very well prepared for our appointment. He gave me time to think, without putting me under any pressure whatsoever. I received an offer above the asking price within days of listing the property with them..Having a sales progressor was a new experience that I highly recommend.
