However, Bartrop & Dilks have really gained my trust through being completely open, transparent, while being compassionate and empathetic. An absolutely amazing team. I have used this company to purchase and also as a letting agent. They have been brilliant thought every aspect and have also offered myself so much support, guidance and reassurance in many aspects as a landlord and purchaser. We have been dealing with a difficult situation in worksop after the recent rain in November and Bartrop & Dilks have gone above and beyond what could ever be expected of them. I have been a client with Bartrop& Dilks now for nearly three years now and they have proved to be both efficient and attentive in sorting any problems reported by tenants. As I live some distance from Worksop it is important for me to have good communication with my agents. Kerry keeps me in touch with all situations by carrying out detailed regular inspections of properties and any repairs ect. are carried out immediately. Unbelievable that you are still giving personal viewings with the virus still out. I saw one of your workers using no social distancing, no mask showing round a couple as if it was normal times then stood at the doorstep within a metre of each other talking for ages afterwards. I know you want to keep your business going and that times are tough and you probably need the income but is it really worth risking the lives of your staff and other people when it says on some of your ads that you can do online viewings? I hope this was a one off but if not please cut it out for everyone’s safety!
