GoogleAs a first time private renter having left the council I was a little nervous with how it all worked differently from what I was used to with the council. However Bartrop and Dilks Put us at ease and guided us through the process working hard to get us the house/area we wanted. I dealt mostly with Kerry and Debra over these times who are both lovely and had many emails from me when I got stuck on something or needed guidance. Each time they responded quickly. I’m glad i chose Bartrop and Dilks.

The lettings team would always be quick to help if there were any property issues or things that needed fixing. Beti (the letting agent who dealt with the property) provided particularly friendly and efficient service. I also received my deposit back quickly after leaving the property. GoogleThis was the worst experience I have had while I have been private renting they never get back to you or sort any problems you may be having customer service is terrible and the comminication from the landlord was non existant took forever to come back to you had to chase for answers all the time use someone else to rent from
and as for your response of you have no recolection of my details and asking if i was really a client says it all in rented 44 st annes drive worksop from you in march till august 2018
and i am still in dispute with you with the DPS so to say you have no record is ridiculous
