If I could give 1000 stars I would. I can’t recommend this estate agent more, either buying or selling. They cover all bases and deliver truly personalised service. If it wasn’t for this estate agent, we wouldn’t have moved in and exchanged as quickly as we had. After dealing with previous estate agents, it’s very clear that Bartrop & Dilks care about their customers and work the best they can to go over and beyond.I’d like to give special thanks to Kara, who, throughout the entire process from searching, to offering and then finally exchanging, took time to call every week, answer every one of my many questions, chase my solicitor for updates and information and make sure we were ok through the process.Kara, from the beginning, knew what kind of house we were looking for and worked to get us what we wanted. If I was ever to sell our house, I would make sure it was done from Kara (so Kara, if you ever move from this estate agent, please let me know).I never thought buying a house would be this easy, and that wouldn’t have been possible without this estate agent. i rang on behalf of my partner while he was at work to book a viewing for a rented property, i am 17 which they seemed to have a problem with when no other estate agents had a problem with it. they never rang back regarding the properties i enquired about. my parter rang up again about a property today to be told they’re full on viewings when it had only been posted within the last 1-2 hours? i found this strange so i got my auntie to ring up and try book a viewing for a property we tried to, they were completely fine with her booking one. very unprofessional if you ask me👍🏽
