Took ages to arrange the lease in the first place- a number of months. Flat came without a doorbell. Kerry Fitzackerly was hopeless to deal with. Repairs not completed despite potential damage to landlord's kitchen fittings. Did not contact me to say they wanted a months notice to leave until a few days before the end of the lease so a six month lease turned out to be 7 months . If you are a tenant rent from other, more efficient, reliable, competent agents! If you are an landlord I would ensure they are actually managing your property ...NegativeQuality

We bought our very first property with Bartrop & Dilks last September 2021. Kara Brunt was our leading lady and she has gone above & beyond in making sure everything has gone effortlessly despite any issues we’ve had. We got our keys last Friday and we are absolutely over the moon. Despite the personal issues surrounding the sellers needs in relocating, Kara and the team have been an absolute pleasure to work with. Having no initial knowledge in buying a property, Kara explained everything in detail, kept us regularly updated, made it easy and stress free, did things promptly, had no end of patience with us and the sellers needs and was straight talking and reassuring in every which way. The team are professional and experienced and we felt very looked after and secure in their professional capabilities. My experience with Bartrop and Dilks has been incredible. Neil came to value the house quickly and efficiently and showed the true meaning of professionalism. Gabby has been worth her weight in gold and showed great communication throughout which makes the service seamless. Cara was also fantastic in arranging viewings and deserves to be commended also. The house has been on sale for only a week and it’s sold! Yes it was a lovely house to be sold (obviously I’m biased) however it’s all down to the amazing photography, an efficient and effective Gold standard service and most importantly, using the best estate agents in Worksop. I contacted Neil at Bartop and Dilks on May 2nd to ask if he could value my late mother’s property on The Baulk. Neil valued the property on 11th May and advertised it a few days later. Within less than a week we had two visits from potential buyers and two offers. After a short negotiation we accepted one of the offers on 22nd May, and today (22nd July) exchanged and completed the sale. The process from start to finish was unbelievably professional, straight-forward and quick including liaising with the buyers and solicitors. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Neil, Kara and the team to others looking to buy or sell a property. Thank you for the great service, flexibility and support through the process, especially given the additional challenges which Covid has presented.
