Edit: They have listened and have pledged not to develop housing on Meon Vale woodland. We’re very grateful and happy. Now we wait to see how they work with us to safeguard and enhance this beautiful asset. _______Typical St Modwen- rather than listen to the concerns of their customers in genuine reviews, they stuff Trust Pilot with dubious favourable reviews. Don’t believe the hype. Their eco-friendly branding is pure fiction.

TrustpilotA company deluded by their own nonsense environmental claims
We live on a st modwen owned site and our community was promoted with the nearby maturing (100+ year old) woodland on the land owned by them. They are now working with the council to work around protection orders and create technicalities to tear up the 40+ acre woodland to build more houses. The words ‘trust’ and st modwen are not something I would put together in a sentence.

I am disgusted in the customer service and the way that St Modwens Homes has dealt with my ongoing issue! Ignorant, rude and unprofessional! Awful communication and I’m that angry I could cry!!! Never will I ever buy a St Modwens Home again 🤬 speaking to loads of people and it seems I am definitely not the first to have had an awful experience with them either 🤬😡

Communal areas haven’t been finished and despite reporting many issue we are all being ignored. Doors access system not working properly. Car park unfinished surfaces. Wood panelling nails exposed. Poor heating and Hot Water system. Always failing. Broken Fire Doors with internal parts exposed. Very badly designed. Electrcal sockets unusable due to being installed to close to each other.Generally very poorly finished and poor craftsmenship.

Cannot fault the ladies in the show home, amazing customer service and always going above and beyond. However, the aftercare has been awful. The customer service, is non-existent! Sending multiple emails and no response for months. Left with the small minor issues, that could be sorted within minutes, but they are taking 3 months and counting...

Full of lies! They built a town called Meon Vale and when they began the build promised to be Eco-friendly and all about protecting the surrounding. Now they want more money they want to cut down trees that were planted over 40 years ago! The woodland is full of lots of wildlife, it is completely unfair that they are so ignorant over this matter ! #SAVEMEONWOODS!
