GoogleDawn was really great throughout the whole process and was very personable, from showing us around the property to handing the keys over to us. Particularly around some of the additional challenges we faced around coordinating surveys. Dawn is a credit to S&L

GoogleThank you Dawn for helping me through my first flat purchase. You made the process that little bit easier by being so warming and helpful, answering all my questions, explaining things clearly when I got confused, and reassuring me when there were things I was unsure on. It was a long and stressful process due to a not so straight forward first purchase, that at times I thought might never end, but we got there and I couldn't be happier!!

GoogleHaving experienced different agents in Worcester, Dawn and Simon from Shelton and Lines are by far the best agents in the city. Both, are straightforward, intuitive and brilliant listeners, whom I cannot recommend highly enough to everyone in Worcester when it comes to selling properties and finding buyers, the right property. They truly are fantastic at their jobs, genuinely caring people and an absolute credit to Shelton and Lines. My sincere thanks and appreciation to both. Cameron Armstrong

GoogleI have bought a property from Dawn in the past and she was my first port of call when we wanted to put 2 properties on the market, her valuations were accurate & reflected the current market & both her and the team kept us updated and 'in the loop' at all times. We would have no hesitation in recommending both Shelton & Lines estate agents, and in particular Dawn for both purchases and sales.

FacebookAfter making the catastrophic decision to sell our house with YOPA, I am so glad we found our onward purchase with Shelton & Lines as the agent. Dawn with 20+ years experience as an agent is faultless, I am definitely a needy and sometimes pushy customer but she has taken in her her stride and always been happy to help chase things when they had slowed down. If I am needing to sell in the future I won’t even be thinking twice before appointing either Dawn or anyone else at Shelton & Lines to manage the process. Thank you for everything and I can’t wait to get the keys next month.

GoogleWe would like to thank all of the team at shelton and Lines for the help and support we were given. It has been a journey from start to finish but one we were not on our own. GoogleShelton & Lines were recently instructed by a client of mine who was moving to a nursing home as a result of her reduced mobility. A very stressful scenario for anyone and was particularly challenging for this lady who has no family to help. Shelton and Lines and in particular Lee could not have done more to help my client. Lee was always on hand to assist and was able to recommend other professionals who could help with the process. The house sold really quickly as a result of some great photos and video. I would highly recommend this estate agent.

GoogleI can highly recommend using Shelton and Lines, we recently (2024) have been working closely with Jenna Pickering in looking for a new property, she has been a pleasure to work with and has been able to answer all the questions we have thrown at her. 100% would use them again
Thank you for your lovely review Laura!
