A recent sale that should on the face of it been a fairly straight forward process! Famous last words as this was certainly not the case and third party communications and lack of knowledge on their part had my head spinning with frustration most days. I've just sold my property with Shelton and would like to say thank you to Kat , Simon and Daniel. Most of you were a pleasure to deal with and were very professional. Every time I called or emailed with any questions you answered them and were always bubbly and honest. An absolute credit to the business. On a sour note I didn't have a great experience with the recommendation of the conveyancing company based away from Worcester. I won't name them but the initials are I.H. and this is mainly down to communication which is an absolute must when selling a house. Edit : After 90 days I'm still waiting for monies that is owed to me. Dawn said she'd get it to me but I'm still waiting 90 days later. I've emailed Dawn countless times and was told I'd receive my money. I've also emailed the directors and they can't even be bothered to email me back. Do not believe what they tell you as it probably will be lies like they have lied to me. As my complaint has not been dealt with I will now go to the ombudsman. Shame. DO NOT USE. I have email after email to prove that they have acknowledged I'm owed money but they are burying their head in the ground including the directors.NegativeResponsiveness, Professionalism
