GoogleI bought my house with Shelton and lines a few years ago, and have recently had Dawn come out to revalue it. She remembered everything about the house from the sale before and came out to have a look. She was amazing, so fair and made me feel so comfortable with the process after a difficult time. GoogleShelton Lines have been absolutely fantastic in the sale of our late mother's house . When ever we had viewings we got great feedback from them. Jenna the branch Manager is a credit to Shelton Lines and Simon the sales negotiator through the process was brilliant keeping us updated and chasing respect solicitors I would highly recommend recommend anyone who is thinking of using them

GoogleI cannot speak highly enough of this company. They were fully attentive to all our needs as sellers and provided a superb marketing and selling strategy for us resulting in an immediate sale. There were issues further down our chain which the communicative and supportive staff (Jenna and Simon particularly) really gripped for us to ensure that the sale went through. Absolutely delighted with every aspect of their service and would not hesitate to use them again. A credit to the industry.

Every question or concern I had was met with patience and clarity, which made the whole process so much easier. A special mention goes to Simon, who went above and beyond with the viewings and kept me calm and wellinformed every step of the way. GoogleAlthough I haven’t sold or purchased through Shelton and Lines this time, Dawn has been really supportive throughout my journey, keeping in contact, offering advice, keeping me abreast of new properties. Hopefully I won’t be in the situation for a while but when I am will definitely be making them my first port of call.

Over the years Emma has been incredibly professional yet friendly and approachable, making the whole process of finding properties feel stress-free and enjoyable. She has taken the time to understand exactly what I have been looking for and provided me with properties that perfectly matched what I needed. Emma has always been quick to respond to any questions I have had and goes above and beyond to ensure I am comfortable through every process (even the paperwork stages which are always smooth and straightforward). GoogleI turned to Shelton and Lines after a really poor experience with another estate agent. Firstly, their personal, customer centric approach was evident from the off, but even more importantly is the delivery of their service as described. As someone trying to sell their house, it's simple what I want - viewings and buyers. S&L delivered more in two weeks than I had from over 6 months from my rather poor choice previously. The difference is astounding. An exceptional group, and I can't recommend them enough.

GoogleWe've recently purchased our first home through Shelton & Lines and as first time buyers, we cannot rate the support and guidance recieved highly enough. We completed in around 6 weeks thanks to Simon M keeping all parties involved informed and on track. We were made aware early on that the process would need to be as quick as possible and thankfully, Simon M went over and above to support us in any way he could, which really helped to make a very high pressured and stressful situation, easier. I can't say we'll rush to move house again, but I wouldn't hesitate to work with Simon M and the team again.

We were so lucky to deal with the incredible Jenna Pickering & Simon Mallet throughout our experience and what an incredible experience they made it! Both went above and beyond to hold our hands, provide the upmost support and empathy through what was a pretty stressful and drawn out process! I cannot rave about this company (& office specifically) anymore! We would recommend buying and selling with them in a heartbeat! The representation these individuals give on your behalf is incredible! I felt like I was speaking with friends by the end of it which was just such a lovely place to be. Thank you will never be enough but please know we are so grateful to you both for helping us get into our forever family home!

GoogleI recently sold my second property with Shelton and Lines estate agency. Simon was extremely professional in how he went about taking photos/videos of the house and the presentation on their web site. Dawn was very helpful in selling the house, her customer services was excellent and she always returned a phone call. This is how happy I am with Shelton and lines and would Highly recommend them and will be using them again in the near future.

Emma is my contact and she is friendly, organised and very thorough. In my opinion she gets the balance just right between being understanding but she represents my interests at the same time.
