GoogleI had the displeasure of dealing with this company recently. We saw a house that was on the market since April, we went for a viewing and liked it. We put in a offer for it and was given a ''verbal confirmation'' for the offer. We were then told to send a lot of extra details (many which other estate agents don't even ask for - as I checked with other agents), and then was told 2 days later that the vendors decided to sell the property to a ''friend''. Definitely there was something fishy about all this, if they wanted to sell it to their friend why wouldn't they just sell it to them straight as soon as it went to the market in April and not 2 months later? I'm not even going to lie, I think race was a big part of all this, I'm not usually one to moan and complain about things like this basing it as racist, but for this instance I fully think it was and there some other fishy things going on behind this deal.

Dawn in particular, was undoubtedly the most professional, caring and helpful person I have ever come across with. They really go the extra mile with to help and they do it with a lovely smile on their faces. This is coming from someone who were in the process of selling my house for a few years therefore had the chance of meeting and working with a few estate agencies in Worcester. Shelton and Lines office in Droitwich road Worcester, is a team with the heart of gold. They will do their utmost efforts, to lift every obstacle they can, to help you during the process of your buying or selling of your property which can sometimes be a real challenge.
