We had a very middle-of-the-road experience with QS Davidsons when selling & buying properties recently. Purple Bricks highly recommended them so we thought we would be on to a winner, given the amount of business that goes through them these days - not so much unfortunately. Don’t get me wrong, we successfully bought and sold properties so it wasn’t all bad but the main issue was communication. Getting hold of our case handlers on the phone was near enough impossible at times - with our case lead only working Tuesday-Thursday which absolutely blew my mind given the amount of business that goes through on a Friday! Voicemails would go unanswered or not responded to and the rare occasion when they did respond it was mainly via faceless email, which only annoyed us more. The importance of the process to us was COMPLETELY lost on them if I am honest. Very rarely did I feel like a valued client whose interests and concerns were being carefully managed or considered. When it comes to buying or selling of property, if you want to be kept informed and up-to-date without chasing your own tail then go elsewhere for your services.

We used QualitySolicitors Davisons to sell our house. Our solicitor was a lady called Deborah and she was excellent. Quick response to emails, always called back if she hadn't answered the phone which she often did. We would highly recommend and would use again. Wish our estate agent would have been a fraction as good as this company but then Purple Bricks won't get a chance to sell a dolls house for us ever again never mind a house. I would recommend you to use QualitySolicitors Davisons but use a real estate agent and not a toy one.

Dreadful service. Solicitors got my completion statement wrong without me knowing. 2 months after completion they have sent pressing messages hounding me for money when I had paid everything on my completion statement. It was there gross incompetence that caused this yet have taken no responsibility or liability. NEVER answer the phone. Would not recommend under any circumstances.

As I did not want to use a solicitor in my area researched and came up with this truly appalling company. unprofessional, incompetent. "Unfortunately we do not have a solicitor in your area that can deal with this" !!! Over 100 locations!!! strikes me that they actually don't have over 100 areas !!! or very few soliciotrs that will actually deal with them... letter to Head Office. AVOID AVOID AVOID !!!

If you have to put quality in your name, then it says it all really - Avoid at all costs. They need a checklist or a book for dummies as they either have no idea what they’re doing or just don’t care. Our process with them should of taken 3 months not 6. Absolute joke of a firm. Don’t update you and lose documents.

If you want the best quality advice but without the London price tag, look no further, I won't be using any other Solicitor other than QualitySolicitors Barwells.

DO NOT USE!!!Had the misfortune of paying for this poor quality service. We were offered a deal for their services from Purple Bricks. They were slow to respond to emails from us and the buyers, lied about what tasks they had completed and tried to push us into a situation where they could bill us for something that was completely unnecessary.

The title pretty much says it all. I dealt with the Mere Green (Sutton Coldfield) branch and they have proven to be, just like Matt Hancock, utterly hopeless. I regret paying them and wish I had taken my business elsewhere. They never update clients, ignore voicemails and e-mails and cannot be trusted to complete the work on time. Avoid.

Hundreds of pounds tacked on to the final bill on the day of completion for "responding to emails quickly". (If this happens to you - try and negotiate down!) They lost documents, lied about calling me and failed in many other ways. And they are not responding to my complaint.

I contacted them several days ago and, as the person I wanted to talk to was unavailable, I was promised a return call later on the same day. This did not happen! Not even a holding call!
