Hundreds of pounds tacked on to the final bill on the day of completion for "responding to emails quickly". (If this happens to you - try and negotiate down!) They lost documents, lied about calling me and failed in many other ways. And they are not responding to my complaint. Avoid at all costs.

DO NOT USE!!!Had the misfortune of paying for this poor quality service. We were offered a deal for their services from Purple Bricks. They were slow to respond to emails from us and the buyers, lied about what tasks they had completed and tried to push us into a situation where they could bill us for something that was completely unnecessary.

We've just moved with the Nottingham branch and our experience was frankly poor. Communication was not always forthcoming and we had to chase at pretty much every step. Documents that had been received by them weren't shared in a timely manner. Would really have liked a better experience.

The title pretty much says it all. I dealt with the Mere Green (Sutton Coldfield) branch and they have proven to be, just like Matt Hancock, utterly hopeless. I regret paying them and wish I had taken my business elsewhere. They never update clients, ignore voicemails and e-mails and cannot be trusted to complete the work on time. Avoid.

Please stay away... very poor communication, solicitor all the time on AL and no one to follow on emails or keep updated. Typos in contracts, constant chasing .. wrong quote .. delay in receiving purchase agreement .. don't recommend .

Regrettably, I must concur with the majority of bad reports about this network of solicitors. I contacted them several days ago and, as the person I wanted to talk to was unavailable, I was promised a return call later on the same day. This did not happen! Not even a holding call! Awful customer service.

Was recommended to use these by Persimmons and the experience was awful. The ‘solicitor’ never answered emails or phone calls within an acceptable time period. We were charged for an online tracking service that didn’t exist.We completed the purchase 6 months ago and am still chasing poor quality Davisons for records of the registration.Awful. I would never use them again.

Incompetent beyond belief. Don’t adhere to their own SLAs, never respond to follow up emails. As for calling. Forget that! They either hang up or put you in an option loop.

Do not use."Lawyer" i had could not be bothered to reply to emails, get my name right or knew how to get his letters to fit on their headed paper.Still awaiting response to complaint which is over 1 year old and they held onto vital documents for over a year.incompetent and give the profession a bad name.

I had a conveyancing matter that took far longer than it should have. Poor communication throughout. Pretty obvious that staff there don't talk to one another, left hand doesn't know what the right one is doing etc. Stay away from them - you really don't want the stress.

I actually felt like crying after dealing with this company. They seemed to do nothing in a dispute with my ex landlord and after parting with over a thousand pounds I felt robbed by them. I really can't say what an awful service I felt they provided.
