The house we wanted to view changed status to Sold STC a few days after our initial enquiry, we felt like it was very poor customer service to not have been contacted to let us know either way.NegativeResponsiveness

GoogleI'm afraid just very average. Didn't feel like we got much in the way of advice, little acknowledgement of a slow market and very patchy feedback of what viewers thought. Felt rather neglected overall. A pity becasue the pictures of the house were very good and initial impressions were favourable too.
