GoogleI can’t speak highly enough of Nicol & Co, and particularly Yuri, in his client service and arranging our tenancy. Yuri really went above and beyond to source a rental property that matched our requirements, budget and desired area and kept me updated throughout the whole process. All this against the backdrop of a short notice relocation from Penzance to Worcester to begin work, during a pandemic and amongst a competitive rental market for tenants. It really took the burden out of what would have been a particularly stressful time! I highly recommend any tenants seeking property in and around the Worcester area to get in touch with Yuri and those at Nicol & Co. Thank you once again.

GoogleLuke Alexander dealt with the entire process. It was a tricky sale due to some legal issues which Luke dealt with for us in a supportive, professional and honest manner. I only had to phone Luke and he would listen to me , reassure me at times and guide us through the process. When ever I did call I got a response within a couple of hours, whether it was through email, text or a phone call which again is reassuring. The whole team in the office were great but Luke was outstanding. If we could give more stars we would Highly recommended, thank you for helping us with the sale of our property and surrounding land.

GoogleI’ve honestly had a really good experience with Nicol & Co in Worcester! Yuri was helpful, proactive and his communication is exceptional! Remembered that my partner and I were keen for a 1 bed flat before and got in touch with us and found us the perfect place. If anyone is conscious about the process through lockdown, that they do a phone call first, then a video tour of the property and if you like it and get short-listed, you can set up a viewing in person before signing everything. Very professional and highly recommend to anyone looking to rent/ buy!

GoogleBoth myself and my wife have used Nicol & Co Estate agents several times now and we really wouldn't go anywhere else. They are professional in everything that they do, communicate well and are responsive and they provide an excellent service which goes way beyond what I'd normally expect from an estate agent. They make the whole process, whether buying and/or selling, so much easier and less stressful. Unfortunately I can only give them 5 stars but I certainly believe they are worth more. Just to add to this. Our recent sale went through without a hitch thanks to the efforts of Leanne and the team (special mention to Lara on the sales team who was excellent!) who not only made sure that everything was done in a timely manner but kept everyone informed on both sides of the sale of where we were in the process etc., they really do above and beyond at Nicol's. GoogleI recently bought a house in Worcester and having been through this process several times I am very used to dealing with Estate Agents and didn't have very high expectations. Wow was I wrong! Nicol & Co were thorough and professional throughout and their Senior Sales Progressor Leanne Fletcher was an absolute joy to deal with. She was constantly in touch, with updates on how things were progressing, without being pushy, she liaised with all parties regularly, gently reminding and getting things done swiftly. The whole process was done and dusted in ten weeks which is amazing during covid times and current working practices (my last purchase took 6 months!) and that was in no small part because of Leanne's efficiency and tenaciousness. I would absolutely deal with Nicol & Co again and would recommend them without hesitation. In fact to prove a point, I am actually using them to rent the property I have just bought. They were very professional and supportive from the start of the process and remained so throughout the time I was with them - which was a long time. We experienced difficulties with third parties as we were part ownership at the time, but Coral, Jessica, Evie and Odette were amazingly helpful and went above and beyond to help us where they could and they were definitely worth the money paid. We would use them again and would recommend them to anyone thinking of selling their property - especially if you own a part ownership. GoogleWe first became aware of Nicol's some time ago when we were looking for a property in Malvern. It was then that we met Erica. Though the first property was not quite right she kept a note of our requirements and from time to time telephoned us with details of houses that might be of interest. This led to our purchasing our new home in Malvern and the sale was agreed prior to its marketing. Thanks you very much Erica for the excellent service and help you have given us to find our ideal home. When the sale was agreed we came under the care of Leanne the Sales Progressor, who regularly monitored the progress of the sale, chasing up the solicitors etc and at the same time keeping us up to date. Throughout Leanne has been there to help and advise us. GoogleI was fortunate enough to have Alice Bennett assigned for the number of different houses I have viewed as I am looking to purchase. If you have any reservations about Estate Agents she dispels them all. She understood exactly what I was looking for, kept me updated on available properties that fitted the bill . On the viewings I had with her she was honest, understanding and knowledgeable about the property.. I have now found the place I want thanks to her input. If all at Nichol and Co are like Alice they deserve every star I award them. Brilliant
