GoogleWe were guided extremely effectively through the sales process by both Molly and Alice. They answered all queries very quickly and we accepted an offer after 6 days of being on the market. Couldn't feel happier, and after the accepted offer they remained in touch, guiding us on the next steps in the sale process. Top notch! You'd be a fool to not use them

GoogleThis is the Second house we have sold with Nicol and Co in15 months. the fact that we went back to them should speak volumes. my wife and i were treated professionally, and at the same time members of the staff that we had dealt with previously remembered things about our family and were interested in what we had been doing.
Communication is so important and it appeared that everyone in the office is aware of your situation and are all able to help. This makes for a very easy way of keeping up to date with what is going on.
To single out one member of staff without doing an injustice to any others would be to say Robyn's happy can do attitude is brilliant and very good at putting you at ease.
If you find moving house a bit of a maze and quite stressful go to Nicols and Co, If we were staying in the area they would again be my first port of call.

GoogleSelling our family home after our dad passed away was tough for myself and my sisters. From the outset Nicol & Co were very sympathetic and caring in how they spoke to us about the house. They understood it was difficult for us as a family and showed compassion throughout the process. They were active when getting our house 'out there' with just the right level of updates throughout. They have made what was an emotional time flow seamlessly. We are impressed.

From valuation to agreeing a sale price they have been amazing. Every member of staff that I have dealt with have been so supportive.

GoogleI can’t speak highly enough of Nicol & Co, and particularly Yuri, in his client service and arranging our tenancy.
Yuri really went above and beyond to source a rental property that matched our requirements, budget and desired area and kept me updated throughout the whole process.
All this against the backdrop of a short notice relocation from Penzance to Worcester to begin work, during a pandemic and amongst a competitive rental market for tenants. It really took the burden out of what would have been a particularly stressful time!
I highly recommend any tenants seeking property in and around the Worcester area to get in touch with Yuri and those at Nicol & Co.
Thank you once again.

GoogleLuke Alexander dealt with the entire process. It was a tricky sale due to some legal issues which Luke dealt with for us in a supportive, professional and honest manner. I only had to phone Luke and he would listen to me , reassure me at times and guide us through the process.
When ever I did call I got a response within a couple of hours, whether it was through email, text or a phone call which again is reassuring.
The whole team in the office were great but Luke was outstanding.
If we could give more stars we would
Highly recommended, thank you for helping us with the sale of our property and surrounding land.

GoogleI’ve honestly had a really good experience with Nicol & Co in Worcester!
Yuri was helpful, proactive and his communication is exceptional!
Remembered that my partner and I were keen for a 1 bed flat before and got in touch with us and found us the perfect place.
If anyone is conscious about the process through lockdown, that they do a phone call first, then a video tour of the property and if you like it and get short-listed, you can set up a viewing in person before signing everything.
Very professional and highly recommend to anyone looking to rent/ buy!

GoogleI cannot speak highly enough of the team @ Nicol's in Worcester. From the very first meeting to the completion of what was by any standards a very tricky sale they have been wonderful. The communication is spot on - not over whelming but consistent and clear. Alice Bennett and Kat Grealy your kindness and professionalism are stand out - once again thank you. I would have no hesitation in recommending this team 100% to anyone in need of an estate agent.

GoogleBoth myself and my wife have used Nicol & Co Estate agents several times now and we really wouldn't go anywhere else. They are professional in everything that they do, communicate well and are responsive and they provide an excellent service which goes way beyond what I'd normally expect from an estate agent.
They make the whole process, whether buying and/or selling, so much easier and less stressful. Unfortunately I can only give them 5 stars but I certainly believe they are worth more.
Just to add to this. Our recent sale went through without a hitch thanks to the efforts of Leanne and the team (special mention to Lara on the sales team who was excellent!) who not only made sure that everything was done in a timely manner but kept everyone informed on both sides of the sale of where we were in the process etc., they really do above and beyond at Nicol's. I wouldn't use anyone else to sell a property.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleI recently bought a house in Worcester and having been through this process several times I am very used to dealing with Estate Agents and didn't have very high expectations. Wow was I wrong! Nicol & Co were thorough and professional throughout and their Senior Sales Progressor Leanne Fletcher was an absolute joy to deal with. She was constantly in touch, with updates on how things were progressing, without being pushy, she liaised with all parties regularly, gently reminding and getting things done swiftly. The whole process was done and dusted in ten weeks which is amazing during covid times and current working practices (my last purchase took 6 months!) and that was in no small part because of Leanne's efficiency and tenaciousness. I would absolutely deal with Nicol & Co again and would recommend them without hesitation. In fact to prove a point, I am actually using them to rent the property I have just bought. It is so refreshing not to feel disappointed with the level of customer service given by a company nowadays.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value
