I wanted to leave a review to outline the recent experience I have had dealing with Nicol & Co, specifically the new build team. Jasmine has been remarkable, initially providing a quick response to a general inquiry, leading to us making an offer the following day and receiving an acceptance, all within 48 hours of initial contact. Jasmine has been nothing short of amazing throughout, attentive and professional. I am extremely glad to have done business with Nicol & Co and believe to have truly found our dream home at the Orchard in Norton. Thanks Jasmine and all of the team at Nicol & Co. The service provided by Nicol & Co was excellent. From initial meetings with Zoe, it took just over a week to get the house photographed and on the market. We had an asking price offer less than 24 hours after the advert going live and finally sold the house for £10k over asking price. The support and communication from Zoe and the team during the sale was brilliant. Once the offer had been formally accepted, Leanne took over and worked her magic, driving through the sale and keeping us updated. I really appreciated the support from Leanne, chasing solicitors and buyers further down our chain, she really deserves a medal for her efforts :) I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to friends and family.

From start to finish the Nicol & Co team have been excellent, caring & so professional. After initial contact with Scott and a valuation taking place, it took only 24 hours to get our property photographed & sold. Tom was also helpful & quick to organise viewings. A special thanks must go to Leanne Fletcher for her hard work following our sale & purchase through. Leanne continually informed us on progress, kept on top of solicitors & was always available for advice during difficulties that arose during the transaction. The welcome hamper was a lovely touch, I would definitely recommend.

Great experience with the Sales Progression team at Worcester - Leanne was in contact from the moment my offer was accepted on a property. Even during the unprecedented times of COVID 19 the Nicol and Co continued to support us purchasing our new home. Our Sellers were buying a new build so we were able follow guidelines (waiting to move after completion) and carry on with our purchase. The staff were helpful and continued with open communication. Our house had been on the market for a while with another agent but we then decided to put it on with Nichol and Co. We were a little hesitant as they were more expensive but they got the job done quickly and it sold after 2 months. We were then looked after by Leanne who took us from sale agreed to exchange and she was fantastic at keeping everyone informed and moving things along. The communication has been very regular all the way through the process and Paul was particularly helpful in the selling process.

The fantastic communication, efficiency and very high standards are just a small number of positives that will ensure you find the right home for you. I have had the pleasure of liaising with most of the members of staff but I have to pick out Alice as well as Hope as some of the nicest estate agents ever.
