We have been fortunate enough to have had previous experience of Nicol and Co Estate Agents when buying our house a couple of years back. They were the only agents that we were registered with that we genuinely felt were actually trying to find us the family home we were seeking. John Powel in particular was awesome and found us exactly what we were looking for and after a bit of a bidding war, we got the property we wanted in the location we were looking for. This time around I was selling a property and have enjoyed a similarly positive experience from start to finish. From the initial valuation and throughout the viewings, the advice and contact that was kept between myself and the agents at Nicol and Co was first class. Once a proceedable offer was accepted, I must make mention of Nicol and Co’s Sales Progressor Leanne Fletcher who kept in touch daily with me via email and phone call to keep me up to date with the progress of the sale. Without her tenacity and dedication very possibly making a nuisance of herself to the buyers solicitors, I do not expect we would have got the deal completed as swiftly as we did. So, having bought and sold a property with Nicol and Co, I think I am well placed to whole heartedly recommend their professionalism, dedication and customer service. I genuinely believe they are the very best at what they do. Thanks Team!

We have recently just brought a property via Nicol and co. We were so impressed by the service from Leanne who kept us updated whenever possible. At the start we would get calls weekly with any update from Leanne. Any email would be answered within a couple of hours of sending it. I really do like the personal service we got, and it felt like they really did care!! I would without a doubt recommend this company to any sellers and I know we will be using them again. Thank you Leanne, we are so grateful for your hard work, without you this whole process would have been a lot more stressful.

We first met Dominique on Good Friday and we sold and bought a day and a half later, on Easter Sunday. What other estate agents are available to take calls on a bank holiday? none that I am aware of and this is why we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Nicol & Co. Leanne then took over and made the process as easy as possible. It was a little difficult towards the end which was out of their control but Leanne was always in contact with us throughout the whole process. Towards the end she pulled out all of the stops and made the chains preferred completion date a reality. It was great work from the whole team at Nicol & Co. If you’re thinking of using them, to sell your house, or to buy a house through them, you will not be disappointed.

The service provided by Nicol and Co was professional throughout. Dominique considered all of my family's needs when putting the house on the market. I was able to talk to her and the rest of the team throughout the selling process. And I am happy to say an offer was made and accepted within 24 hours of the property going live. Once offers were made Leanne was amazing at following through with the sales process and kept me updated throughout the process. There were some challenges as expected but Leanne dealt with everything and remained thorough, calm and supportive throughout. I would highly recommend the team.

I just don't know where to start with how pleased I am with the service we have received from Nicol & Co. From the minute we put our offer in to now on the day of exchange, they have been absolutely outstanding. As a first time buyer we have heard horror stories about how stressful this process can be, but I have to say that the team at Nicol & Co made it more than bearable. Nicol and Co have been absolutely fantastic on our buying and selling journey so far. They are very easy to get in contact with and are very responsive. The service we have received has been of a very high standard. We have felt like extremely valued clients throughout the whole process so far. When putting our house up for sale with them, their provisions were of a great standard and quality, which we are positive only added to the successful and swift sale. We are also purchasing through them, luckily, and are just so happy with everything and have so much confidence with every aspect. We could not have wished for a more dedicated, professional, warm and driven team to be able to work with during what can sometimes be a very stressful process. I am a mother to a 1 year old toddler, and Nicol and Co have been both understand and accommodating with regards to our capacity and timings. I am pleased to say that selling and buying, whilst raising a toddler, has been such an enjoyable process with Nicol and Co.
