GoogleI almost bought a property through Lara at Nicol & Co but sadly it fell through. Lara was incredibly professional throughout and has also been in regular contact since to keep up to date with my sale and situation, and to let me know about any properties she thinks might be suitable for me. I'm very impressed with her communication and customer service skills.

GoogleI've dealt with Nicol and Co and specially Collette Paynton for 18 months and it has been a pleasure. Collette is polite, professional and consiencous. Fast response and always gets the work needed carried out. I've dealt with other agents who profess to be the market leaders, they are some distance from being the professional package Nicol and it's staff offer. Hopefully I won't need to rent from another agent.

GoogleNicol & Co, and particularly our Sales Progressor Kat, have been fantastic! Kat held my hand throughout the whole process, she was great at keeping in touch regularly and was always a pleasure to speak to. I would definitely use Nicol & Co when we sell our property - unfortunately we used Purple Bricks, who did not even compare to the service offered by Nicol & Co (our vendors agents)PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleMany thanks to Leanne and the team at Nicol's for all the help in buying our house. My wife and family are returning from overseas but Nicol's and the team kept us informed all the way by email and nothing was a problem, so if your thinking of buying a house in UK but live in Australia, I would recommend using Nicol's.👍 …
