Nichol & Co were very helpful in my property search I felt Alice really understood what I wanted in a house and so was extremely proactive when suitable properties became available - making sure I got to see them asap. I am now purchasing a house which ticks all my boxes and more.

We recently moved into a rented property. From our initial enquiry through to getting the keys, Yuri was so informative, professional and friendly throughout the whole process. We have rented with other agents before but Nicol and Co by far have been the best! Applying for a house can be stressful, but Yuri put our minds at rest and made everything run as smoothly as possible. Thank you Yuri! 😁

Myself and my partner bought a house through Nicol & co and I have to say the experience was second to none! Leanne was our sales progressor and she was always available to keep us up to date on the progress of our sale. As a result of her persistence and pushing of our solicitors we managed to get our house sale completed in a speedy manner with minimal stress! Thank you Leanne, you were truly brilliant.

Good use of photos when selling. Kept in touch throughout. Leanne Fletcher was excellent. She kept in touch with us, the other people in the chain and solicitors to ensure the chain completed in tight timescales.

A big thankyou to Henry at Nicol & Co estate agents. A seemless, professional service from start to finish. Henry and Olivia were in constant communication with myself, to ensure that everything went as smooth as possible with my move to a new house. It is so nice to find an honest, trustworthy, caring yet professional estate agent and always with a big smile ( Henry ). Keep up the good work both of you.

With a challenging set of circumstances with both sale and purchase, Leanne went over and above to offer her support throughout this process. With excellent comm's, highly efficient organisational skills and a warm and caring personality, Leanne and the team helped complete what was a tricky progression. We thank Leanne and the Nicol team for their care and attention. We would highly recommend Nicol & Co's services.

Had great service from Nicol & Co right from the beginning Dominique was very informative and we were pleased with the valuation and guidance given regarding the sale and then once sold and part of a chain Leanne was amazing in getting the chain to exchange today, I’m convinced we wouldn’t have got to this point without her, she always kept us updated with any progress and was quick to help resolve any problems. Thank you

Nicol & Co. are a real pleasure to deal with! In particular, Tom in the Sales team, who really listened and understood my requirements perfectly. Also, Leanne in Sale Progression was an absolute superstar in making sure everything went through smoothly to completion with regular updates and just always being on the other end of the phone ready to go above and beyond to help. I can't thank you guys enough!

The sale of our property was seamless, Senior Sales Consultant Alice Bennett handled our sale and was always so responsive to our emails/phone calls if we had any questions. The viewing consultants showing individuals around our house were lovely and always respected our home when entering. 10/10 service, would recommend to anyone.

I would just like to say how helpful and professional Joanne was recently in helping my wife and I find a new home. Joanne is one of the most enthusiastic estate agents I have had the pleasure to meet and work with. I would have absolutely no problem in recommending Nicol & Co and in particular Joanne herself to find a new home for any one who requires help and assistance. Trevor Pearce

We had the loveliest experience working with Yuri! Being American the process is a bit different, Yuri was so wonderful in walking us through the process and staying in contact and up to date on what was happening. He was prompt and informative anytime I needed help and was just a gem showing us the property. Truly looking forward to creating our new home! Thank you so very very much~

I have moved many times and used different estate agents, each more disappointing than the last. Nicoll and Co really are outstanding and unlike any other estate agent. From the first meeting and valuation all the way to completion, they kept us informed and updated. Coral is truly magnificent and worked really hard to achieve the dates we wanted. I highly recommend them. 5* indeed

We bought our new house through Nicol & Co in Malvern. The purchase of the new house and sale of our old house had lots of issues - Nicol & Co, especially Leanne Fletcher who dealt with our purchase, were very good at chasing things up and keeping us informed of what was happening. This helped speed things up and made things easier for us.

This review is long overdue as we moved house in February! Fantastic service from the Droitwich team especially Karen, Coralie and Evie. They really went out of their way to make sure everything went through as it's fair to say we had one or two difficult issues to resolve. Excellent communication throughout the process. Rare to find estate agents who really care about their clients. Thanks so much everyone xx

A big thank you to Jo and Leanne for all their help with purchasing my house. The service has been excellent and everything has gone through in a timely manner, thanks to Leanne who looks after things once the sale has been agreed. It's nice not to have 'old school style' estate agents jumping on you from the moment you step through the door! I would be very happy to use their services again.

Nicol & Co have from the first meeting incredibly professional and maintained constant updates. At a time where selling is stressful, in the first week Jo Black was acceptional in communication and made me feel that I was the priority. Through the sale process, Leanne Fletcher emailed me the progress of the legal activity daily which led to an extremely positive experience. I would recommend anyone selling a house to use Nicol & Co.

Possibly the best estate agents we have dealt with in Worcester. Lara has been very professional, helpful and friendly through the whole process, we were able to do a virtual and physical viewing. We mostly spoke with Lara and Tom who have been a pleasure to communicate with and very understanding during these difficult times. The Nicol & Co team in Worcester are all fantastic. We would highly recommend.
